This place was booked for a last minute trip. We had the top floor and it was so nice. Cozy living room, kitchen and dining area. All bedrooms upstairs were nice and spacious with a good amount of bathrooms. The balcony was a fun place to sit with everyone and enjoy the breeze. Beach was walking distance so didn’t have to worry about parking. And the police station was right behind us so everyone felt safe.

Property is very nice, great for large family , good location, enjoyed the house and amenities very much. Property manager helped with the only problem we had quickly and our stay was great! Enjoyed it very much!

Excellent stay! Elevator was very useful for mom and moving items to the third floor. Very responsive and friendly owners. 5 min walk to boardwalk and right in the middle of the downtown area. First to use the brand new washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again!

Great girls weekend!

This place was perfect for us, centrally located in Ocean City. We could walk to boardwalk, Asbury shops, and groceries. Julie was very friendly and helpful to us, and the house was in very good condition. We can’t wait to come back another time!

My sons 17th birthday getaway

The property is amazing, very spacious for large groups. The only draw back was the downstairs bedroom was super cold , as we went in January. Installing and additional heating source would really make this rental fabulous for the winter months.

Perfect Property!

Was at this property for a quick Presidents Day Weekend family gathering. We had such a nice time at this beautiful well appointed house. It’s so fun to get away to the beach. We liked the beachy decor and the cleanliness of the property. Having the grocery store so close by made dinner logistics a breeze. Can’t wait to return this summer!!

Birthday weekend

I surprised my partner with a birthday celebration. It was difficult to find a place that would accommodate over 15 people, but this place slept all of us comfortably. The balcony has a great view of the surrounding area and ocean. They were quick to fix and respond to our maintenance needs. I would stay here again.

Great OCNJ Property

Our family of 4 plus some aunts and uncles (total of 10 people) had a great stay at this property. Clean and spacious with lots of rooms - great for a large group like ours. The best part of this property really is the location - we've stayed at other properties in OCNJ that were a bit further from the beach and boardwalk, and it is SO worth it to stay at this location if you have kids who want to enjoy the boardwalk on a daily basis. The walk to the boardwalk is super easy - no busy streets without lights/crosswalks to cross. Lots of shops and grocery store within walking distance too. Property itself is really nice and pretty much exactly as described and shown in the listing. Elevator is awesome, and main living area is very spacious even for a large group. Probably the only thing that was a little different than I envisioned in my head was the 6th room with bunk beds on the garage level - originally thought it would be a good room for our 2 and 4 year old boys, but it was a bit far away from our room for me to put them down there - probably a more ideal room for kids in the 6+ age group IMO. We ended up using one of the rooms with a large walk-in closet - put our 2 year old in a pack and play in the closet and the 4 year old in the bed, and that worked perfectly for them. Loved our stay and would definitely look for this property again for future trips to OCNJ.

Wonderful stay at this lovely beach house!

10 of us converged on a long June weekend to attend my nephew's wedding. The lovely 2nd floor house has 5 BRs on the main level (2nd floor) and a 6th bedroom is tucked on the lower level (near the garage), with 3 sets of bunk beds, a double sofa bed and a TV--great for families with lots of kids. The bedrooms were all decorated very nicely--just enough room to move around. The back queen bedroom adjoins one of the two hallway bathrooms (3rd bathroom is in the MBR, which has a king bed). Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards for visitors' use. The elevator was WONDERFUL to have for unloading the car. We did have a small elevator malfunction, but the property manager was onsite within an hour to fix the problem--great service! Kitchen is nicely equipped and modern--has both a Keurig and a 'regular' coffee maker. LR seating was comfortable and nice and modern. AC worked wonderfully! The deck off the LR was nicely outfitted with a table and 8 chairs (2 adirondak chairs were so comfy). You can't see the ocean but you can see the horizon :). It's a short 2-3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the property is just about at the corner 9th st., lessens the walk! There's a 1 car garage with a driveway that can fit one large or two small additional cars. Street parking is metered (.25 per hour, 9-6pm) but just a few doors down from the house is free street parking , both sides of the block (grab it if you can). Wonderful rental experience!

Great Place!

My friends and I absolutely loved this place. The elevator made unpacking and loading the vehicles a breeze. We cooked all weekend and the kitchenware was sufficient. The beach chairs and umbrellas were nice so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own. The balcony was the perfect place to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful rental! Extremely clean - seemed newly furnished. Had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs & umbrella, grill, etc. Loved sitting on the upper deck after a long day at the beach. Location is ideal - easy walk to beach, board walk, cute shops on Asbury, restaurants, and grocery store. Never need to drive anywhere. Loved working with owner, Julie.
