The Old Stable is a single-story pet-friendly cottage in the hamlet of Penymyndd near Mold, eight miles from Chester and just six miles from Chester Business Park. The cottage has a double room with en-suite shower room, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, sitting area with woodburner, and doors to the garden. Outside is a patio and shared garden, and off road parking for one car. The Old Stable makes a convenient base for enjoying the countryside or touring the area to discover Chester, Snowdonia, Liverpool and beyond. Note: Some road noise may be heard. Note: There is ramped access up to the property entrance. Note: This property may be suitable for the accompanied disabled. Please contact the owner for more information. Note: No infants. Please note this property is not suitable for children, adults only. Please note: the property does not accept breaks of less than 7 nights. Please note: the property only accepts Friday check ins

A very cosy retreat

This small well thought out cottage makes a welcome retreat with the bonus that it is dog-friendly. Something that is missing from cottages on the Wirral, which we were visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here.
