POOLS The north side of our beautiful Prominence community showcases an impressive 5,000-square-foot, resort-style, zero entry pool, seasonally heated in March–April and October–November. ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Owners with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Owners with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The primary renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at Coastal Palms. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. Coastal Palms is a family oriented property.

Great stay, the host was very responsive and accommodating. Lots of amenities to enjoy great family memories and a great overall trip I would highly recommend!
We had the most wonderful stay here. The owners were wonderful communicators and were available if we needed anything. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! It was beautifully maintained. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again!
This is our second time staying in the prominence community, and this unit was exceptional. You can tell that Eric and Aleisia take the time to make sure that this rental is a step above the rest. Having access to a golf cart when staying here is always an added bonus, and this golf cart was in great condition. The beach chairs, wagon and cabana were also in great shape. In the past we’ve brought our own items, and it was nice to see that they provided all of these things, already secured to the golf cart, in clean and working condition. Additionally, communication with the owners was fantastic. It’s been a while since we’ve rented directly from owners and not through a management company, and it was a breath of fresh air. Any questions we had were answered promptly with a quick text message. Overall, we had a great stay at this property, and would definitely stay here again. Big thanks to Eric and Aleisia for opening their second home to us.
Very clean property, and comes with plenty of extras- beach toys for the kids, bikes, golf cart, community pools, games. conveniently located on 30 A and lots of great restaurants around.
Our fun trip to the beach was made even better by having a very nice clean place to stay with plenty of extras! The hosts were great to communicate with, we'll definitely be back!!

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Owners provide all the gear for the beach, including bikes and golf cart! The owners really go out of their way to accommodate their guests and stay in touch. Perfect beach vacay for the family!!
This is our third time staying within the Prominence community. This house was clean and a perfect fit for our family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children under 5. Beds were comfy and the house had plenty of towels. The amenities like the gulf cart, bikes, beach towels, etc were a wonderful plus! I would recommend anyone to stay there.
We loved this property, access to our own LSV, bikes and proximity to The Big Chill. Owners were easy to work with and communicated early and often. Great trip all the way around!

We make our home in Louisville Kentucky and are retired, now managing our two Prominence homes, Coastal Palms and Coastal Breeze. We have two grown children and an 8 year old grandson and brand new granddaughter.
For more than 20 years, our family has vacationed in this beautiful part of Florida, and when we discovered 30A, we truly felt God led us to a place that brought our family joy, rest, and connection. The peaceful beaches, the slower pace, and the miles of bike trails quickly became some of our favorite blessings.
