When submitting a reservation request, please make sure to monitor your VRBO account for our response. We will respond back to you immediately. We do require that our guests openly communicate with us as we do our best to provide top notch host-guest communications.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Host with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Host with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The Main renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at White Sands 30A. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. White Sands 30A is a family oriented property.
No animals are permitted in the home in order to prevent damage and protect guests with severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

Take garbage on check out day to the North Pool dumpster and dispose of
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The primary renter agrees to all terms and conditions of the legal agreement and must be staying w/their party entire stay. No 3rd party bookings.
When contacted by Host, the primary renter must provide the name and age of each person in their party and electronically sign the rental agreement.
To drive our golf cart a guest must be at least 25, sign the rental agreement and text photos of their valid drivers license and auto insurance card.

Beautiful accommodations and fantastic location! We enjoyed the pool, beach walks, local restaurants and shops as much as we enjoyed staying in and cooking some good ole meals in the well appointed kitchen. Eric and Aleisia were so helpful and communicative. Fun family vacation 2025!
We had a wonderful time! I give 5 stars all day for this property. The location and access to everything near by was amazing. The golfcart and bikes were an extra bonus.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as pictured, clean, and gorgeous! Communication with the host was quick and easy! We loved having The Big Chill right across the street and a just a few minutes in the LSV to Deer Lake State Park for beach town! Prominence is settled right in between Seaside and Alys/Rosemary, making for an easy and beautiful drive both ways.
The condo was beautiful and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us.
House and area were so nice. I was worried about finding beach access points and it was so much easier than i thought, and so many to choose from. We'd def recommend staying here. PS... was surprised to see how many stores and restaurants didnt take cash. Just a heads up.
Our family stay was perfect on all counts! We would love to stay at this property again! Our group was a 73 yo-me, 49 yo- my daughter, 20 yo granddaughter and her partner 22 yo. My granddaughter is pregnant with twins, so this will be the last family trip for a while. We enjoyed the amenities- including the Cloud couch- perfect for a nap! Thank you so much!
This was first attempt at a VRBO. Owners/hosts were super helpful and explained everything. Had plenty of beach chairs and toys available. Everything was clean and pretty just like the photos! Neighborhood was quiet. Good location between shops and food. Big Chill was super convenient for a quick bite to eat. Would stay again for sure!
The property was beautiful and everything we could ask for! I would only recommend a small vacuum for the floors and add in the listing the parameters around the thermostat settings. We like our house in the colder side. But over all a great place and I highly recommend it!
We loved this beautiful home! We had a wonderful stay at the Prominence! This is our second time staying in this community and we love it! It is a quick golf cart ride to Deer Lake beach access which is nice. Also, the the hub is right across the road and has fun things to do, restaurants and shops! The home had everything we needed and was very clean! The property manager was a quick text away with anything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again! Our family of 4 had the best vacation!
This townhome did not disappoint! We found it to be fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and more! The furnishing were nice quality and the home was throughly clean upon our arrival. The golf cart was super handy along with The Hub (restaurants and shops) directly across the road. The property manager (A.R.) was awesome. She was always quick to respond to any of my questions. Our family gives this rental 5 stars which helped make our vacation fantastic!
Our family spent spring break enjoying all 30A had to offer. We loved the location in between the hustle of Rosemary and Seaside. We had friends staying all along 30A. The golf cart made it very easy to load up and head to the beach, out to dinner, or shopping. We appreciated that prominence was very secure, orderly and family friendly. The big chill across the street was perfect for meeting up with friends, grabbing coffee in the morning, or food throughout the day. The home was comfortable and organized for our three daughters. The owners were prompt with all communication. Thank you for a great week!
We had the best 5 days in 30A, first time there in 14 years and the townhome did not disappoint, so clean every detail of the decor and amenities were perfection. We as a group of 4 moms come together every year to just relax and unwind and we peacefully did so at prominence. The hosts always answered all of my questions and I asked a lot lol. Amazing recommendations to good restaurants! We would come back again. Thank you so much for being so great! 10 stars ⭐️

White Sands 30A is beautifully situated on a wooded lot. Very quiet back deck to relax on. The Cloud furniture in the Living area is very comfortable and posh. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals.
