Great place!

Enjoyed our stay at Southwind! True ski in/out right off the Southwind lift. Making it easy to bring in tired kids after a day on the mountain! House was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 6. Hope to be back next year!

Beautiful unit

This is a wonderful and beautiful townhouse to stay in at Seven Springs! We were there for my son's wedding weekend and it gave us a perfect place to rest and for the kids to play in between all the events. The view is beautiful from there too! Chad was a good host and everything was clean and in place when we checked in.

Ski weekend

We stayed for three nights at the condo which is in the perfect location for ski-in/out when the weather cooperates. The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Nicely furnished. It is a very nice unit in the Southwind development.

Lovely top of the mountain ski on/ski off

My brothers and families stayed here for a wonderful spring skiing weekend. The location was amazing and allowed everyone to ski whenever they wanted and we could gather for lunch and meals. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive with a few minor questions I had. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Just Perfect In Every Way

This property was exactly what we were looking for during our stay at Seven Springs. The property was incredibly clean, well maintained and just perfect for our needs. Chad couldn’t have been more helpful with the answers to a few questions we had previous to our stay! He went out of his way to provide information and was available as needed! Amazing location, lovely townhome

We had a wonderful experience at this Southwind property. Couldn't have been a more convenient ski-in/ski-out. We just had to walk down the deck stairs onto the trail. Southwind lift drops off a few houses up and was running throughout our stay. Chad, our host, was great at communicating with us, and the home is well-maintained with great touches, we had everything we needed to make our long weekend so memorable. Highly recommend!

Girlfriend weekend

Our stay at this Seven Springs condo was just perfect. From arrival to departure. We even reached out to Chad when we forgot to get the shuttle information from the condo and he quickly texted us the number. That was above and beyond for us. We definitely will be staying in one or both of Chads locations in the future. A wonderful experience. Property was clean, well taken care of and comfortable.

Beautiful Condo & Memorable Visit

From the start, Chad was great to work with. Once he learned that my son would be getting engaged that weekend he even offered to have a bottle of champagne waiting for us and chilled in the frig! The condo was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be returning next fall! There is more than enough space for everyone. Even with the inconvenience of one shower not operating, Chad went out of his way to accommodate us and make things right. Thanks Chad! See you next year!

Amazing Ski Vacation

Beautiful Ski in Ski out property. Chad the owner was amazing and very responsive to any inquiries we had. We let Chad know our plan to come up early and asked if he would let us pay for early check in. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip! He provided all information ahead of time and was very clear on instructions to make getting to his home and getting in the community a very smooth process. We can not say enough great things about him and his home The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!!

Great location; beautiful home!

Our entire family enjoyed themselves thoroughly during our stay at Chad's townhome. The place was in pristine condition and the location was great for our weekend at Seven Springs. We enjoyed the ski-out ability from the location through the Southwinds neighborhood, taking you to between the Cortina and Polar Bear lifts. Although the Southwinds lift wasn't operating throughout our long weekend, we found it easy to take a short 3-4 min walk down the neighborhood road from just below the Polar Bear lift into the Southwind neighborhood, and then we would put our skis back on to make it from the top of the Southwind lift to the townhouse (only about 30-40 yards distance). We especially appreciated Chad's approach to being a host. He checked in on us during the trip to make sure all was going well and he ensured that the kitchen was well stocked. There were quite a few "Chad rocks!" being said during the weekend. We would definitely stay at the townhome again in the future.

The house was AMAZING to say the least. True Ski-in/Ski-out. From check in to check out it was easy. Chad is a super host for sure and made sure we had all we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here to anyone looking for a place at Seven Springs. Thank you Chad for making it right for us .. when we had a sudden cancellation of another place. Just got back from our trip to Seven Springs and this rental, and the owner Chad, are top notch! A perfect autumn weekend

This Southwind property was perfect for our needs for an Autumn weekend. It will be IDEAL during ski season as well. The number of bedrooms and baths gave each of the couples the privacy needed. The décor and amenities of this unit were over and above other properties we have been in. It was clean, neat and well appointed. We would happily stay here again
