It is a very clean, nicely furnished cottage, smoke/vape-free, pet/animal-free, central heating/air, with free off-street parking, and is located 10 minutes from downtown Fairhope.

Property is conveniently located to all the main attractions of the Gulf Coast area. Only 20 minutes from Alabama's newest amusement park (OWA), and Tanger Shopping Mall. House is near the H. L. Sonny Callahan public use airport, just 5 minutes to salt and freshwater fishing, 8 minutes to Quail Creek golf course, 30 minutes to the sugar-white Gulf Shores beaches, 30 minutes to Mobile, Alabama and less than an hour to Pensacola, Florida. The property is boat friendly, and free public boat launches are readily available. Golfing, biking, hiking, tennis, salt and freshwater fishing, kayaking, and boating are all popular activities in Fairhope. Furnishings include 1 queen-size bed, full size appliances over-the-stove microwave, and washer/dryer. Property also features off-street parking, 2 covered porches one with a swing and seating overlooking acreage. If golf is on your list of things to do, there are many alluring golf courses close by to challenge your skills. For those who love to shop, there are the quaint shops in downtown Fairhope. Other attractions are the Alabama Coastal Birdfest (October), in the fall, Mardis Gras (before Lent), and the Arts and Crafts Festival (March), in the spring. It is a short drive to the casinos on the Gulf Coast (Mississippi/Alabama). Fairhope "town square" is a bay-front property with 1/4-mile pier extending over Mobile Bay, swimming, picnicking, landscaped rose garden, benches, restrooms, marina, restaurant, walking trails and duck pond are a part of it, and it is open 24 hours, and there are no fees. The sunsets are spectacular over the bay waters.

Girls Weekend

What a cute and fabulous place! We met up for a girls weekend. It was amazing. It was a perfect place that was very clean. The location was perfect. It was outside of town in a country setting. Just minutes from down. We will be making this a yearly trip!

Vista Della Fattoria was great.

Everything about this VRBO exceeded my expectations, particularly at this price. Tessie was a wonderful host, the property is a bit out of town but I knew that and wanted the same. Very easy to get into Fairhope, yet so quiet and pastoral. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated with an Italian feel to match Tessie’s ancestry. All a good experience.

Close to Nature

Able to view agricultural production plus the understanding of Tessie’s new venture into Cluckingham Palace! The eggs are delicious as well as nutritious. Tessie or any of her helpers are willing to answer questions so I encourage you to ask as you relax.

Cute little cottage in Fairhope

The property is adorable super clean just perfect for 1 or 2 people. There are several driveways on the property and they don’t connect so you need to make sure you’re at the right one. Tessie communicated by message great was very helpful, but meeting her in person she is abrupt and stern and less than polite.

I think one word does sum up my experience on what I titled ‘ the cotton farm’ because from the kitchen window and the porch swing I could enjoy the yellow wrapped huge balls of cotton. A true opportunity to imagine the process + work required. I felt spoiled to be so relaxed!

Nice place

Cute little place for a couple to stay. Very clean and friendly host. TV isn't big, so if you're a TV watcher, you will not enjoy it. Make sure you read bulletin board before anything! If you plan on visiting Gulf Shores more than twice in a week stay, I'd suggest closer. Room got hot at night even with the air constantly on..he had it set to 72-73. Cute patio area as well.

Enjoyable accommodations

The units are super clean and comfortable in a beautiful country setting, very quiet. The only issue is there is no WiFi. It would be nice to have the option to purchase WiFi if you are traveling g while working. But if you are wanting a getaway retreat it is perfect!
