An apology/explanation to past/future/potential guests. Major work was carried out on the facade, planned in different stages with set dates, which unfortunately were NOT respected and continually changed often at the last minute, this made it impossible to organise with guests. We were also unfortunate to have part of the balcony blocked during work on block A January-June and the rest of the balcony blocked during work on block B June-August 5th. This resulted in many cancellations, some guests understandably couldn't change holiday plans at such short notice and the "stunning view" was of scaffolding, netting, work men with the noise and dust and lack of privacy. This has obviously had a major part to play on our ratings and a loss of bookings. We strive to keep the apartment clean and comfortable but recent months have been extremely challenging.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is in a wonderful location, a stones throw from the beach, everything is accessible by foot but there's also a local bus that runs regularly from a bus stop just next to the apartment. The apartment is situated between Mentons two train stations. You can comfortably walk to the Italian border for a Capuccino or to shop for Italian specialities. A super market and a wonderful choice of restaurants and bars are also accessible by foot.
