The studio is located on the Promenade du Soleil, by the sea, near the Carnolès Garden, 5 minutes walk from the shops of Roquebrune, 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the center of Menton. Possibility of free parking and bus serving Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice (including airport shuttle) at the foot of the building. Many immediate access to the sea. The studio has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, sleeps 4 (a sofa bed and 2 bunk beds in a separate area). The terrace, very nice, overlooking the sea and can see the old town and Cap Martin. Air conditioned apartment.

Great location

La Promenade du Soleil is the best place to stay in Menton if you enjoy the sea and the sun!Being there while La FĂŞte du Citron is going on, is amazing.The studio is well equipped and nice. Situated very close to Roquebrune and shops for daily life.

Perfect location for our final week traveling Europe. The bus stop 600 to Nice and Monte Carlo was only 3 mins walk away - costs 2.60 pp each way. The beach which we swam at daily was a block away so perfect for a morning and afternoon swim. There is a supermarket approx 10 mins walk away, the casino is 15 mins away and the old town approx 25 mins away. Not many restaurants nearby you need to walk 20 mins. There is a shuttle service from the casino which is no longer free! We just walked everywhere.The studio is equipped with everything you'll need, dinner set, cutlery, toilet paper, body wash, laundry liquid etc. even beach mats and beach umbrellas / towels and sunscreen too. Perfect holiday spot on the French Riviera with amazing views all day and night long and air conditioning to boot and a lift too.My only complaint is being english speaking we found the french written instructions onsite, hard to understand and the wifi password impossible to read ... My suggestions is to send the wifi password with check in instructions in a typed format and all the instructions to be translated in English please. We had no idea how to dispose of the rubbish and were lucky to have another tenant show us how to access the garage bins with the fob swipe!The sofa bed wasn't ideal and very noisy and hard and the pillows the worst we've encountered in 6 weeks of travel ... If you can bring your own I'd highly recommend it. But other than that we loved our stay here

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. As for information about the apartment, everything is explained in the welcome book—in French, admittedly. I had intended to translate it into English (though I would also need to do so for Italian, German, and all other foreign guests), but nowadays it is so easy to find translations using Google Translate or similar tools—just as I did to reply to the 29 messages you sent over the months. The Wi-Fi code is indeed long; it takes 30 seconds to a minute to enter, compared to the three seconds required for a simpler code. The sofa does creak a bit—I acknowledge that—and I am considering replacing it, though I worry a new one would develop the same issue very quickly; that is the problem with convertible sofas that accommodate guests of all shapes and sizes. I regret that the comfort level doesn't match the King-size beds at the neighboring hotel (which shares the same location and sea view but charges €300–€450 per night in high season); I chose to keep my rates modest, but I will try to improve the comfort. Very good stay

The check in process was very hectic. Had it not for our dumb luck in finding a lady that spoke Italian we would still be trying to find the apartment that was listed. Parking was also very expensive although this not the owner's fault she no doubt had a parking space in the apartment parking garahe that she might be able to rent for less than street parking costs. But, the location and views were wonderful. The apartment is small but totally adequate for 2 adults. The apartment has everything one would need.

Lovely flat, lovely Place at Menton

The stay in Menton was quite wonderful. The apartment is located innermost line to the sea, so you can see the sea directly all day - beautiful. In the apartment is available everything you need, so you can cook and eat very well there. The apartment is overall lovingly furnished and we were very happy there and will certainly vacation there again. Walking distance to some very clean beaches, the sea has been very warm in July. We were also able to take surfing lessons. The only negative is the road that lies between the apartment and the sea (only two lanes, but quite noisy). The key transfer with Dominique has worked very well, thank you for the kindness.

L'entrée dans l'appartement était fluide et d'une simplicité irréprochable, il était propre , bien équipé et la vue sur mer nous a rapidement mise dans le bain .Cependant deux gros points noirs nous ont donnés du fil a retordre.Le premier, le canapé lit qui nous a chanté toute la nuit la symphonie des ressorts et le réveil de la cavalerie des scooters sûrement des frontaliers se pressants aux portes de monaco dès 6h15 pétante et ce jusqu'à 8h00 gachant ainsi le plus important des moments, le petit déjeuner sur le balcon face au lever du soleil venant de Vintimille bercé par le chant des vagues sur la mer .Nous avons réglé le premier problème en mettant le matelas par terre et le second avec des boules quies .Le prix bien que très raisonnable ne devrait pas faire oublier au loueur que la literie reste essentielle pour passer un bon séjour , d'ailleurs nous avons déjà dormi dans des endroits biens plus modestes sans avoir ce genre de soucis .Quant au bruit ,, bien-sûr c'est une autre affaire,il faudra prévoir une baie vitrée plus phonique.Dommage .

Superbe studio, avec vue directe sur la mer. Très propre, grand et bien équipé. Le grand balcon permet d'y prendre les repas sans problème. Accès facile aux épiceries et commerces, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le canapé-lit confortable, mais il y a un lit superposé disponible dans une petite pièce séparée, et ce dernier fut bien apprécié ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique studio et la belle ville de Menton.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und es war auch diesmal wieder sehr schön. Alles hat gepasst und wir lieben den Ausblick auf das Meer einfach. Kurz vor der Reise entschied sich mein zweites Kind auch mit auf die Reise zu kommen. Das war für die Vermieterin überhaupt kein Problem. Dominique war wieder sehr flexibel bei der Schlüsselübergabe und bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

Som sådan en fin lille lejlighed. Den har en fantastisk udsig, lige ud til vandet. Ligger rimelig centralt og ikke langt fra den gamle by. Lejligheden ligger lige ud til en meget befærdet vej , og det svært at snakke sammen på altanen, samt støjgener om natten. Lejligheden fremstår meget slidt og ikke speciel ren. Gammel nedslidt håndsæbe på badeværelset samt et badeforhæng der var gult af kalk og ikke særlig rent.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement où la vue sur mer fait rêver. La situation de l’appartement entre Menton et Roquebrune permet d’alterner les destinations pour aller à la plage, se balader en fin de journée profiter des spectacles de soirée. L’appartement est très bien équipé aussi bien en électroménager qu’en accessoire en tout genre. Les instructions laissées pour organiser son séjour sont claires et traitent de tous les sujets ( transport, activités, commerces….) De plus la proximité d’arrêt de bus et de gare sncf permet de se déplacer sans avoir besoin d’utiliser sa voiture. Tout est donc réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.
