Look no further than the Beach Bliss Condo at Perdido Sun! It is the perfect spot if you are looking for a getaway with a friend or a value packed condo for your small family at a beachfront condo. Whether you prefer to call it the Gulf of America or the Gulf of Mexico, this 3rd floor condo has a fantastic view of sparkling blue and green water and the amazing white sand beach of Perdido Key. This Perdido Sun condo is located on the third (3rd) floor, with a unique panoramic view from the balcony that can only be found in the 1 bedroom Perdido Sun units. The condo sleeps 4 and has 1.5 baths. The tasteful interior is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped and the rental is fully furnished for a premium guest experience. There are TVs in both the living room and bedroom and free wireless internet to stay connected. The primary bedroom offers a plush King sized bed for a great night's sleep and if you want to get up early, the sunrise is amazingly beautiful. All of the bed and bath linens are provided, and the couch is a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2. This condo is perfect for anyone hoping to unplug, relax and have fun in the sun.
PKRM absolutely wants our guests to have fun so we offer free golf at Lost Key and free admission to OWA Amusement Park. We would also really love for everyone to enjoy Perdido Key from the perspective of a boat, so we offer a free dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise and deep sea fishing. This is a boaters paradise, after all.

Great Location! Clean condo!

Beautifully decorated beachfront condo with great views! Convenient to restaurants and shops across the street. Property management communication was top notch. Any questions or recommendations request were answered so fast! Only complaint is that there were a few areas of the condo with slight cosmetic damage (damaged ceiling, loose toilet paper holders, etc) and you can hear the upstairs neighbor scooting the chairs across the floor. Overall a fantastic condo and we would definitely stay here again!

Mattress needs replaced badly

The mattress in this unit has a deep well and needs to be replaced very badly. The facing on all cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms is coming off and exposing the pressboard.

Not what it looks like in pictures

We booked here because it was ocean front and seemed to be a very nice place from the pictures. When we arrived it smelled like mildew and pee and was set to 77. We noticed once we got the ac on and was it was a bit cooler the pee smell went away. I didnt notice until the third day when my family had come up to my room that there is mold growing on the ceiling in the living room and in the vent. We didnt even sit on the couch because they hid so many stains with all of the pillows they put on the couch. The bathtub had hair in it when we first arrived. I went and bought cleaning supplies and basically cleaned the whole place again. I will say that they had a brand new samsung fridge and kept our food cold and atleast the ac worked. Me and my partner were going to cancel our reservation but all hotels and rooms were booked near us. It was a lesson learned that i will not be staying here again and was not worth all the money i paid sadly.

Nice, comfortable condo in great location.

We’ve spent quite a few vacations at Perdido Sun in many different condos. This unit is well kept, well apportioned with cookware, etc., and has nice and efficient televisions, WiFi, and all other useful amenities. We tend to spend our time on the beach and rarely venture out, and we had everything we needed. No complaints. We would stay here again.

Disgusting

Very dirty!!! Furniture is crazy dingy. Exposed wiring. Rusty nail sticking out of the door mat sliced my foot on day one of the trip. Property management was more difficult to deal with than most. I never write a bad review, but this place just feels dirty. Do not bring little kids. Don’t book here!

I have stayed at the condo complex several times and enjoy the area. The condo was good for the price. Not many updates and the bed needs replaced. But other than that it was a great place to stay with all the amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was easy to work with and helpful, but the condo was not in good condition. Mattress in bad shape,no ice maker in new fridge,no blankets, kitchen dishes a mismatch of chipped stuff and silverware the same, can opener broken,fabric on furniture old worn, eyes on stove not stable, table on balcony very dirty looking. Place in general needs attention from owner. Sliding door to balcony broke. Maintenance was wonderful and fixed it until professional people could come. Office was wonderful just felt like condo was in need of help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the beach and the condos common areas were really nice! The cleaning lady went nonstop and does a wonderful job. Two negatives though, the photos of our specific condo were definitely from when it was first furnished. The bathtub is very stained, some of the burners on the stove doesn’t work, the refrigerator was rusted and moldy on the gasket, the extra pillows in the closet were really stained with something brownish red. Another downfall is when we asked the hotel for a blanket, they told us we couldn’t get any linens from them, we had to go through the resort management company. When I emailed them, they said ‘due to Covid, they cannot provide any blankets for the rooms’, although they provided sheets for the fold out couch. I don’t really see the difference. It was nice being right on the beach but I think we will definitely pick another location next stay or stay at the Purple Parrot Resort... those are super nice!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had reserved a chosen condo in February. When I arrived in May, the condo I had contracted for was not available and another was assigned without any notification. I learned later that the unit I wanted was no longer handled by Perdido Key Resort Management. The unit I was assigned was ok but not up to the standards of previous rentals. I have been using your company to rent units for 15 years. I've always been satisfied with the units and the company. I'm upset because I feel that I should have at least been notified of the change and given a chance to choose another unit. I feel that is good business practice.

Lackluster condo in great setting

My husband and I were supposed to stay in this building over Spring break but due to the covd 19 had to cancel. We rescheduled and was unable to get our original unit so we stayed in this unit. This unit is run down and needs remodeled badly. The furniture is worn and things need updated and replaced as the coffee tables and medicine cabinets were act falling apart. However due to the location we would definitely come back to this building but not this unit. This building has 2 swimming pools and a hot tub and steps to the beach which we loved and sat on the deck most of the time when we were in our unit. We did have a few issues which property management addressed when we contacted them. However the noise level in the unit above us never did get any better even after property management spoke to them. I hope the property owner makes an investment in this property for future tenants.

Okay for the price

The positive: The beach was not too crowded. The view was awesome. There are a few great restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store and dollar store. The negative: I think the most needed thing would be cleanliness. The countertops were dirty, the floors were dirty, underneath the edges of the bed, furniture & counters had lots of dirt as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The hallway bathroom door handle was broken and fell off every time we open/closed the door. The bed only had sheets on it so we had to search the closets for linens. There was only one comforter and one very thin (hospital) blanket for the sofa bed. We were only given 6 towels for a weeks stay with 4 guest. The washer and dryer is downstairs and $2.50 per use. The property wants all guest to wear rubber bracelets at all times (beach and pool). These are adult size and fall off of the kids' arms.
