On the South Fork of sparkling Spring River with pool. Great fishing, golf, canoeing, floating, peaceful nature aplenty. Easy walk across bridge to pro shop, tennis courts, holes 1 10 & 18 of champion golf course & Raccoon Springs.

This executive retreat is surrounded in privacy & simple luxury amid nature's beauty.
The private pool is lo chlorine / saline so its gentle on your hair, skin and eyes. This spot on the river is a best-kept secret with fishermen. The South Fork is quiet - yet links into more challenging adventures and swim spots on Spring River - you can float or canoe for hours downriver.
The golf course is private, so guests can get right on the 1st or 9th tees, usually without reservations. Just walk across the bridge to get to the pro shop (right next to the tennis courts & practice range) grab your cart & ride! Or stroll the course walking paths to pretty Raccoon Springs.

Views are spectacular & peaceful from rooms, decks & 3-sided open-air porch. You can hear birds chirping, watch turtles, & chuckle at golfers trying to hit across river to your elevated 10th green, while you're tucked high in the trees.

The 4,000 sf home was designed retreat style, with lots of natural stone & wood. Plenty of room to play, sleep & entertain.
One tv in the large master bedroom, which also has a couch for your kids or friends to flop on & watch with you -- another tv in the rec room, and a third, just added, in living room.
The freshly remodeled kitchen features a JennAire gas grill-top built-in that grills the best steaks, fish, chicken & veggies. The kitchen is just a few steps from the decks and huge screened-in porch.

Wonderful Getaway with the family

The property was absolutely perfect. It has everything you could possibly need. The views are gorgeous. In the heart of Cherokee Village but yet some what secluded. Golf course was literally in the backyard along with the beautiful spring river. We cannot wait to go back!

Another great family get away with all the room we needed. This was our 7th year staying at this woderful get away. The family all love hunting gor gollf balls in the river. taking floats down the river but not to far and then walking back. Sitting by the pool playing games and pool pong . Love the peaceful moments we have enjoying the sounds of nature. As always we will be back next year for another Enzwiler family vacation. We also had Christmas in July. See you in a year.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The weather was uncooperative, so we’d like to come back and enjoy the outdoor amenities. They are putting a lot of work into remodeling and updating the property and it is turning out great! We would definitely recommend the place, especially if you have a large family. Lots of space for everyone. We especially appreciated the comfortable mattresses and well-stocked kitchen.

Perfect Getaway

We could not have been more pleased with the property! Absolutely the perfect spot for a group getaway or multiple families to come enjoy golf, river, or relaxing. Multiple living spaces to spread out and do whatever you want. A couple of guys wanted to buy the property because it was situated so perfect! Highly recommend and the host was on top of every question and concern!

This is a great location if you want to get away from it all. We had a wonderful time with our whole family. The house and surrounds are beautiful. We enjoyed walks around the river and even took our grandchildren into the river. It was clear and very shallow. It's a great place to spend time together and make memories. We found some nice antique shops in Hardy. The pool was a favorite spot for everyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

6th Year Staying Here

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary with our family and six years latter we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here with our family. Every year I always book for next year. Brian is a great host and owner. Always adding and improving to the property. This year we had a new stove top, new dishes, new picnic tables on the deck, and plenty of chairs on both upper deck for our morning coffee watching the golfers. Great location, quiet and all enjoy looking for golf balls in the river and enjoying the pool. All had a great time and all looking for next year to roll around so we can relax and enjoy your home. 5th Time Staying Here

Once again fantastic week at a excellent retreat property. Brian the owner is always there for any questions. Property clean, plenty of room for all the family. Nice having chairs and small tables on both upper balcony's one overlooking the pool and the other watching the golfers crossing the river on hole 10. Quite place, and the sonos system is great to play music by the pool back patio, kitchen, bedroom. Again have booked for next year before all the spots are taken. The word is out on this property so if you want to book get it done. Thanks for allowing the Enzwiler to share your home for the 5th time and looking forward to next year for our 6th. John
