Located directly on the Kicking Horse ski lift. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive, access Granby Ranch’s restaurants and resort activities from the ski lift right outside your door. Watch friends and family ski and snowboard from the kitchen window, hot tub or back deck.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 decks, heated ski storage, 1-car garage and a hot tub next to the ski hill. The top-floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft area with twin bed and office desk. Both top-floor bedrooms have spectacular views, one with king bed and the other with a queen.

The main-floor is the primary gathering place with large kitchen, dining room/living room (separated by 2-sided fireplace), back deck, full bathroom, TV, and stereo surround sound. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and TV.

A large family room with flat-screen TV, 4th bedroom with queen Bed, 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds, and full bathroom is located in the walk-out lower level. The ski lift and hot tub is just outside the glass door.

Perfect Spring Break Spot

We love Grand County and have been coming for years. As our family has grown the needs that we try to check off when finding a place to stay become harder and harder but we checked all the boxes here! Everyone from grandma and grandpa to parents and kids had a great time here. Would stay again for sure.

The location was absolutely perfect, couldn’t ask for better! Had plenty of room for both our big families, plus parking. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, pillows, etc.

Wonderful Getaway

We have spent many trips to Granby Ranch and this was the best. The location was perfect and the home mental of our needs. We were even lucky enough to see seven deer each night come to the neighbors and help themselves to their bird feeder.

This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and kitchen space but with a cozy feel. We skied three days and enjoyed hitting the slopes from our back door.

Nice Stay in the Mountains

There was plenty of space and the location was good: close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood wasn't very crowded during our late July stay, which was nice. There were plenty of local trails for hiking and running. The grocery store 5m away was really convenient.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this home in Granby. The ski-in ski-out was fabulous, just feet from the run down to the lift. We so appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and we enjoyed the after-hours time with him on the slope just behind the house. Used the hot tub one evening--super clean and hot! Tons of bedroom space for everyone to spread out, worked perfectly for our family (3 adult couples)! My mom wanted me to be sure to mention she really appreciated the variety of appliances/tools in the kitchen.

Great location and property!

We have been coming to Granby to ski for 5+ years and this was one of our favorite properties in terms of location and layout. Right off Kicking Horse lift made it easy for our kids and family to stop for lunch. Great space for all our gear right off the front deck and the hot tub was an added bonus! We have already booked our weekend for next season.

Fantastic ski up home

The house is beautiful and as advertised. Very comfortable home for 2 families with kids. We had a mix of skiers and non skiers and all were comfortable and had an amazing weekend. The house was clean and ready for us with a great layout and lots of amenities! We will be back!!

Amazing location. Perfect for the entire family.

You couldnt hand pick a better location. The house was perfect for the 11 people in my family. Plenty of room to enjoy time together in common areas. Being able to jump on lift right from your back door was perfect. And probably the biggest plus....the hot showers, we loved how hot the showers were with all of us trying to get ready. We will definitely tell our friends. Thank you for also accommodating my travel changes.
