Its all about location and this beautifully renovated one bedroom condo walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale will not disappoint. Enjoy scenic mountain views from the quiet peaceful balcony which doesnt look on to any other building. Home is tastefully decorated in contemporary colors. Whatever you are looking for on your vacation, we've got it here. As a Maya guest you have access to the glorious resort style pool (deepest end is 10ft !), oversized hot tub, Clubhouse, Gym and pool tables and ping pong. BBQs are also available for guest use. Short walk to the famous Fashion Square Mall or why not jump on one of the vintage style FREE trollies or a neon light cladded golf buggy for a light tip. Surrounded by lively bars and delicious restaurants at all price points, Old Town has something for everyone; Art Walks, galleries etc....Come experience it for yourself at our home in the sun !

We had a wonderful time at this property. We used it as a base to explore Scottsdale and the surrounding area for hiking, shopping, pickleball, and just some relaxing pool time. The condo was perfect for us and was exactly as listed. Many amenities on-site and locally available. Clean and heated, but busy pool, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful shower, walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and even old-town. JF is a great host; attentive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

We can't say enough about this condo! Number one is the cleanliness. It was so nice to feel immediately comfortable. The amenties felt like home. The location is perfect for grocery trips to Sprouts, a wide variety of restaurants in Old Town and shopping at Fashion Square. Easily accessible parking spot and a clean laundry room were a bonus! The owner was great to communicate with. We definitely hope to be back!

Their place was exactly like the pictures. Very cozy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, glasses, utensils - anything you needed. The dedicated parking spot was very appreciated.

30th Anniversary Trip

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and in a great location! Close to Old Town Scottsdale where there are great boutiques and shops! Lots of good places to hike in the area if you are up for some physical activities! Salt River was a great way to relax and spend a day! Great open communication with the owners when needed assistance or had questions! Would definitely stay here again!

Scottsdale Getaway

The owners were very prompt in their communication and the condo was very clean and close to the downtown Scottsdale areas. The pool area was also clean and had plenty of space to lounge or sit and relax. I had a great stay and wish I could have stayed longer.
