Amazing 2Bd/2Ba Scottsdale Condo directly across street from Fashion Square

Our condo is a 2Bd/2Ba ground floor unit with direct backdoor access to a beautiful pool, covered & uncovered seating with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the AZ sun. There are BBQ grills located close to the pool area and only steps from our backdoor. There is nothing quite like enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a fun day on our back patio watching the humming birds as the sun sets. Our condo is a 3 minute walk to Fashion Square Mall and a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale and the great restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is private reserved parking in the complex and additional free parking on street. We are a short 2.5 miles from the Camelback Mountain Trailhead along with many other scenic hiking trails.
We finished a complete remodel of our condo in January. Everything in the unit is new and well thought out to provide our guest with a welcoming, comfortable stay. Our goal in designing our condo was to provide our guest with the most Amazing Airbnb / VRBO experience ever. We invested significant time thinking / researching what made our many home away from home experiences “Great” vs “Ok”. Our unit is yours while you stay, there are no personal items in the property so feel free to use what you see – the middle drawer under TV has a few decks of playing cards, etc.
The unit has a combination lock front door to provide simple access at your Check In. Walking in you will notice a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and amenities along with your Welcome Gift. We have worked hard to think of everything you might need to make your stay a wonderful experience. The dining area has a large table that sits 6 along with additional stools at the breakfast bar. Both the table and breakfast bar provide a great space for “working at home” using the high speed WiFi while enjoying views of the pool and the many palm trees.
The Living Area comfortable seats 6 and is great for Streaming a movie or just watching Cable on the large screen Smart TV. This room has lots of LED lighting and a large ceiling fan. The Master Bed Room has a queen bed with lots of pillows and blankets. The closet is quite large with built in wardrobes equipped with drawers, hanging space and shelves. No need for a dresser taking up space in the room. The Master bath is all tile with a large shower and an 8 position shower head – you are going to love this shower. The Second Master Bedroom is located down the hallway for privacy. This bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and built in wardrobe for your convenience. The second Master Bath is all tile with a large tub & 8 position shower head. Both Bathrooms have been upgraded with 7 foot high shower heads.
The complex has 4 common areas with pools, outdoor rest rooms, BBQ areas and very clean coin op laundry rooms. Our unit has direct access to the common area making access to the pool or laundry area very convenient. There is much to see and do in Old Town Scottsdale but based on personal experience you may find yourself pushing off on your day out and find yourself just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the condo.
