Our apartment is located between the elegant district of San Isidro and the vibrant district of Magdalena, two safe and peaceful neighborhoods with everything close by. Miraflores is just a 10-minute drive away.
Bajada Marbella Access is only a 5-minute walk away, providing direct access to the Costa Verde, Lima’s famous coastal route along the Pacific Ocean, connecting many of the city’s main beaches and oceanfront districts. It’s the perfect place to walk, jog, enjoy the ocean breeze, or simply take in the impressive cliffs and watch paragliders soaring above the coastline.
The area is also a great place to discover Peru’s renowned cuisine. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and local spots where you can enjoy everything from traditional Peruvian classics to international options. Supermarkets and shops are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood at your own pace.
