Beautiful single storey house, spacious and quiet, with swimming pool, located on a flat plot of 1000 m² (animals are welcome). It is ideal for holidays with friends or family!

This villa can easily accommodate 8 people. It consists of 4 large bedrooms (2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a fitted kitchen with its shaded terrace for hot summer days and its barbecue, as well as a large living room open to the dining room.
Terraces with deckchairs line the house to allow you to live in the rhythm of the sun. The large spaces surrounding the house will allow you to improvise a game of pétanque between 2 trips to the beach.

You find yourself immersed in the Var, between Provence and the French Riviera, less than 3 km from Saint-Tropez, the hilltop villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, and the tropezian beaches.
Our Bastide is located a stone's throw from the beaches, the sea and the canals of Port Grimaud, a renowned lakeside city ... not to mention its cycle path which will take you to Saint Tropez in a few minutes!
By bike or on foot, you can then discover the richness of the nature of the Golf of Saint Tropez and breathe the subtle fragrances of Mediterranean essences ...

Beautiful villa with a lot of privacy

Great villa with a lot of space and privacy. The pool and garden are really nice and the location is perfect with walking distance to the beach and port Grimaud and 10min from centre of St Tropez. We had a great holiday also due to the kindness of the owner.

Excellent Holiday

My family and I had an excellent holiday at this property. It was clean and spacious and provided a private and relaxing holiday for all. We will not hesitate to book this property again in the future. The only thing that was dissappointing was that there was no WiFi available.

Très belle maison avec immense terrain. On se sent bien isolés. La plage est à 10-15 minutes et Port Grimaud a 10 minutes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le seul petit bémol est qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres et malgré les consignes de fermer les volets fenêtres etc., certaines personnes ont vraiment souffert. Avec le changement climatique en cours ce serait vraiment un plus !Merci également pour l’accueil !

Le gros avantage de la maison est d'être à moins d'un quart d'heure à pied de la plage de Port Grimaud et de son entrée principale, avec une boulangerie en voisinage . Piscine récente avec belle terrasse. Le charme de l'ancien . Salon-salle à manger dans une grande pièce lumineuse et avec 4 mètres de hauteur sous plafond avec de belles poutres. 4 grandes chambres avec rangements. Supermarchés à 6 minutes (Grand-Frais, Lidl, carrefour city) . Deux frigidaires c'est appréciable. Nous reviendrons probablement.

La nostra impressione del soggiorno è tutto sommato positiva, per la buona posizione, la dimensione e il fascino della grande casa e la piscina. Dobbiamo però segnalare che:1. La mancanza del condizionatore durante alcune notti caldissime si è fatta sentire;2. Il grande terreno intorno alla casa non è curato, senza luci esterne e quindi non fruibile;3. Il bagno completo con doccia è solo uno, poi c'è un wc in un piccolo ripostiglio senza areazione e una sala da bagno con vasca.

Bonjour Elisabetta, je vous remercie de votre retour. A votre départ vous étiez enchanté de votre séjour et avez demandé à revenir l'année prochaine. Merci donc pour votre confiance. Afin que les clients comprennent les points relevés: la villa se situe sur un terrain de plusieurs hectares qui s'étendent à l'arrière, seul l'héctare autour de la villa (ce qui est déja grand) est entretenu par un jardinier. Concernant les salles de bains, la villa dispose: - d'une salle de bain (2 vasques, baignoire, avec fenetre), - et d'une salle de douche (2 vasques, douche, WC avec fenetre). Les salles d'eau sont donc bien ventilées. Tout est correctement indiqué dans le descriptif. La villa ne dispose pas de la climatisation mais les grands volumes combinés aux ventilateurs permettent de concerver la fraicheur de la nuit. Sur les 22 séjours comptabilisés cette année nous n'avons pas eu de retour negatifs concernant ce point. Cela reste donc exceptionnel. Nous vous souhaitons une belle fin d'année Elisabetta. Fanny

Perfekt für Familie mit Kindern

Große Villa auf einem riesigen Naturgrundstück mit tollem (Salzwasser-) Pool. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken und es ist viel Platz zum Spielen. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Zentral gelegen, Strand, Innenstadt von Port Grimaud sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bäckerei vor der Haustür. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin verläuft reibungslos. Im Hochsommer wären eine Klimaanlage und Mückengitter in den Schlafzimmern wünschenswert. Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist traditionell eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist ein besonderes Highlight. Eine Beschattung am Pool wäre noch zu empfehlen. Das große Grundstück traf unseren Geschmack, es ist ein Naturgrundstück. Auch die Lage ist top, mittendrin und trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre.Vielen lieben Dank an Fanny und Familie, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Gute Lage an der Straße und dennoch ruhig. Gute Ausstattung und schöner Pool. Sonnenschutz dort wäre schön. Und ein wunderschöner Blauregen vor dem Eingang führt schnell zu Verschmutzungen im Haus. Gut für Radfahrer. Auto entbehrlich.

Schöne Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist schön gross, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der sehr grosse Garten ist toll für die Kinder. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird regelmässig gereinigt. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 7 Minuten im Dorf Port Grimaud und in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand. Wir empfehlen das Objekt von Herzen weiter.

LOCATION TROP CHER PAS DE CLIMATISATION NI WIFI

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances à cet endroit. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et très réactifs. Avions un problème avec la TV et ils ont fait rapidement le nécessaire. Pour nous il y avait beaucoup de points négatifs. Certes la maison est très grande mais cela ne fait pas tout. La maison est située tout près de la départementale 599, une route bruyante du matin jusqu'au soir. Très dangereux de traverser la route pour se rendre à Port Grimaud, Le passage piéton est presque invisible, les voitures roulent vite. Bien que la propriété dispose d'un énorme terrain, il s'avère inutilisable pour nous. La piscine est un Plus, dommage que les bords du liner ne sont pas nettoyés. Le mobilier extérieur devrait être changé. Beaucoup de moustiques.

Einfach toll

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit vielen gemütlichen Plätzen zum draußen Verweilen. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der oft, völlig unbemerkt, am Morgen gereinigt wird. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Bäckerei in ca. 3 Minuten Entfernung. Auch das Meer, Supermärkte und Grimaud mit vielen Restaurants und Läden sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank Fanny für diesen herrlichen Urlaub.

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines en famille à Port-Grimaud. La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. Le terrain offre une grande intimité et permet de se sentir totalement à l’écart du monde. La maison est bien pratique pour deux familles car chacun a son espace.
