Nice but

The condo is nicely decorated, furniture comfortable, kitchen necessities better than most places we have rented. The ‘patio’ is tiny but it worked for us. Owners responded quickly to replacing a lamp that didn’t work. Listed as handicap accessible is not quite true. One has to go outside of the parking lot to access a single ramp. The elevator is down a flight of steps from the parking lot. Also, all entrances to the pool have steps. We notified owners that we had to leave a few weeks early due to high risk of health issues with the Corona virus. It would have been nice if they had been understanding about this unforeseen circumstance. We had no way of giving sooner notice under the fast developing circumstances.

Great location and friendly neighbors. It was noisy when the patio door was open, made it hard to work there. The unit wasn’t aired out or checked before I arrived. After a long drive 2 days to get there, changing batteries in the furnace and smoke detector and airing out the place was disappointing. Landlord very responsive and good to deal with.
