• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

With easy beach access just steps away, a peek of the sparkling Pacific from your deck, and a walkable location near downtown’s charming shops and eateries, this is where relaxation meets adventure. Whether you're chasing sunsets, catching waves, or just kicking back with family and friends, this bright and stylish retreat is your launchpad for an unforgettable seaside escape. The home has three bedrooms, two baths, a stunning kitchen and enjoys ocean peak views from the living room and deck.  

Home Features:

Master Bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV.
Second Bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV.
Third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and nice additional seating area with access to the back patio.
First bathroom features a shower/tub combination
The second bathroom has a step in shower and laundry area for guest use
The deck includes a nice dining set, chaise lounges and a high end propane grill.
The living room with flat screen TV and DVD is comfortable and enjoys a peak ocean view.
The kitchen is well equipped for meals and there is laundry on site.
There’s a back patio area with ping pong table, additional seating and lounges, and parking is easy.

No Pets and No Smoking. This is strictly enforced.

We loved the location, close to town and close to the beach. Very comfortable furnishings, we especially enjoyed the table and chairs on the front deck. We watched everyone go by walking their dogs, pushing strollers, jogging or just out for a stroll. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses needed to feel at home. The wetsuits in the middle bedroom were a HUGE bonus for our grandkids!

Great stay

We stayed for a week with our two young children and location was perfect. Walking distance to coastal access and you can hear waves all day. We went for our walks and it was quiet and peaceful. Place had all the amenities but if you plan on cooking bring your own spices as they have limited choices besides salt and pepper. Over all would stay here again.

Can't beat the short distance to the beach. House was clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only difficulty was with the fun front door lock.

Loved our Cayucos House

We had a great time at this house. The three rooms worked out quite well for our group, and it was a great location for us to easily head to the beach, Morro Bay, the elephant seals, San Luis Obispo, and Paso Robles. This was just what we needed and I'd love to come back.

Morro Bay Trip

Not far from morro bay and San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed ourselves and went on some hikes and adventures. The beach down the street from here and it was absolutely beautiful at sunset.

This is a nice property Great location Mostly updated-LR, kitchen, master bed and bath and 2nd bedroom. The back bathroom could use some updating. It has all the necessities, just wish there was a counter top or table next to the sink for toiletries. The front deck is wonderful Easy access to the beach We will be back again!!

Perfect 3 night vacation!

Cross the street and you are on the beach! The house was well equipped and comfortable for adults and teens. An easy walk to the town and peaceful, quiet nights. It is an easy drive up the coast to visit the elephant seals. Shells and rocks for the collectors and space for everyone. We'll book this again for family get togethers!

Even better than we imagined

This is a sweet and comfortable home, with upgraded furniture and fixtures throughout. We were a 3-generation group of 7, and we all appreciated the details and location of this rental. The kitchen is excellently equipped (including a rice cooker!), and the reclining seats in the living room were much admired by our teenagers. We loved our stay and hope to return to the area again.

We loved the music minimalist style of the house. An outdoor shower would’ve been nice but the hose served it’s purpose. Well equipped otherwise. We love Cayucos!

The special house on the corner

This house was perfect for my little family. It had amazing space for my kids to feel right at home. The view of the ocean from the front window really was the frosting on the cake for us. I’ve always visited Cayucos during this time of year but this was the first time taking my own little family and I truly fell in love with the neighborhood and the fact the coastal access is a light 2 minute walk. I most definitely think this will be our go to vacation house in the future.

The Perfect Place

This house truly was the perfect place for us to get away from it all. Everything we needed was there waiting for us. The warmth from the inviting fireplace was a welcomed bonus. Amazingly soft sheets on the bed allowed for houra of restul sleep. We were happily surprised to have communication with the management during our visit checking to make sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be requesting this site in the furite.

Very old in appearance. More so than the photos show, antiquated if you are planning to cook a special meal, the kitchen was not the place. There is no central heat all heaters said “Do Not use”
