CHARMING BASTIDON TERRACE GARDEN POOL GORDES LUBERON

Very pretty bastidon of 48M2, comfortable and well equipped, built in dry stone in the pure local tradition, on the ground floor with shaded terrace and private garden, facing south. It is close to the swimming pool, but far enough away to avoid noise pollution. It is also away from the parking lot.

The living room is made up of a lounge / living room with fully equipped American kitchen (electric hotplates, microwave, traditional oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and the toilet are separate. The 2 bedrooms for 2 people have large cupboards with cupboards. The mattress and box spring in the master bedroom are new.

Equipped with a Led TV. Free WIFI.
With the new convertible sofa, the recently renovated Bastidon can accommodate up to 6 people. The bed linen is included in the service. Shower towels on request.

Located in a secure residence with parking and code opening, on a flowered plot of 3 ha, 5 mins walk from the center of Gordes. The car park accommodates cars which cannot circulate on the trails.

Lovely gordes apartment

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and gave us lots of recommendations. The location was amazing—it took us less than 10 minutes to walk into the center of Gordes each day.

What an unexped surprise! This charming home is in a gated enclave within easy walking distance to the Gordes village and weekly market. The owners were communicative and helpful. I'd highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic

This place is amazing. From the beautiful outdoor garden, where we could sunbath and have evening meals and drinks - to the proximity to the town of Gordes, everything was perfect. Our host, Sophie, was wonderful with her communication. And her recommendations were spot on, particularly where to by the best baguettes. We would not hesitate in recommending this lovely place. Great location/Great space!

This property was as listed. It is a very simple two-bedroom place with a nicely equipped kitchen. It was very quiet the whole time we were there and the pool was very cold, but nice. The location is perfect for those who want to travel in Provence and discover all the nice old towns…especially Gordes. The bathroom was good - new shower stall which was nice. Sophie was very communicative and answered any questions we had upon arrival and during our stay. We felt right at home as we arrived. The negatives are not bad, but if you want nice soft towels, take your own. Upon arriving and entering the place, we noticed a cat urine smell, but after opening up all the windows, it faded in a few days. There are absolutely no paper towels or tissue paper provided so that would be something to know before going so you can take your own. There is a laundry room, but one load of wash took nearly three hours to finish…we did not use the dryer, but a drying rack is provided in the home. No iron or steamer (which we always need). We would definitely return…with our own supplies we needed.

Die gepflegte Parterrewohnung mit großer Terrasse befindet sich in einer schönen Ferienanlage. Highlight ist der grossartige Pool mit vielen Liegen, allerdings wenig Schatten (nur unter der Halle oder einige wenige Plätze bei den Sträuchern).Die Kommunikation war perfekt, Antworten sofort. Schlüsselübergabe war bei uns sogar schon vormittags möglich.Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Fliegengitter in den beiden Schlafräumen.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Anlage entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Dort kann sich sehr gut erholen und ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Kultur und Aktivitäten.Sophie gab uns sehr gute Tipps. Wir werden wiederkommen.

***** Toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung

Wir können nur Positives berichten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und einem sehr guten Zustand. Auf der großen, schattigen Terrasse konnte man perfekt verweilen und der Mittagshitze entfliehen. Auch die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Poolanlage mit den Liegen sehr einladend. Die Anlage liegt nicht direkt mitten in Gordes, sondern ruhig und beschaulich fußläufig entfernt. Vom Verkehr und dergleichen hat man nichts gehört, es war alles in allem sehr ruhig. Vielen vielen Dank auch für die herzlichen Willkommensgrüße, wir haben alles genossen. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder!

Tolle Lage

Das Bastidon ist in einer relativ großen Anlage, die Lage in Gordes perfekt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht,die Terrasse ist überdacht mit einem kleinen, eingewachsenen Garten. Die Gastgeber waren gut zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß und sehr schön, leider gibt es keine Schirme.

De très belles vacances !

Le logement était parfait pour notre famille de 4, la résidence et sa piscine sont calmes, jolies et très bien entretenues. Il est très agréable d'être au cœur du village de Gordes en moins de 10 min à pied. Les hôtes sont charmants : utiles, réactifs et désireux de nous faire passer un parfait séjour. Great little getaway in Gordes

Gordes area is a great little hub for day trips in the Province area, and this VRBO unit was a great way to do that. Of course, no A/C but the provided fan helped. The unit is small and basic but as described and has what you need -- two rooms, separate beds, fridge, stove, tv and great garden oasis. It is part of a larger communal area of units, sharing a fantastic (and oh so refreshing) pool area. Sophie was very responsive and helpful with any request. One suggestion is for new guest towels, and a few more of them (perhaps a bathroom set and poolside set). Thank you for a great experience!
