We stayed here during the unexpected UK heat wave after needing to find a last-minute place with air conditioning, and we're grateful the host was able to accommodate us. The location was convenient for walking into Stratford-upon-Avon, and communication throughout our stay was friendly and thoughtful, especially considering the host was dealing with a family bereavement at the time.The home had what we needed and was a good fit for our stay, but there are a few areas that could make future guests' experiences even better. Some areas of the home felt cleaner than others, and refreshing a few bathroom items and providing clearer instructions for the portable air-conditioning units would be helpful.Overall, we appreciated the host's kindness and responsiveness during a difficult personal circumstance and think this property has good potential with a few finishing touches.
