About this property

Authentic villa in the Var countryside

Nestled in the heart of the true Var countryside, this authentic villa offers a serene atmosphere, bathed in light and silence. A haven of peace where time seems to stand still, perfect for total relaxation.

The interior reflects the soul of a traditional Provencal home, with hand-crafted terracotta floors, softly tinted whitewashed walls and exposed beams. Carefully selected regional furnishings reinforce the authentic character of the premises.

The wild, unspoilt garden is a veritable showcase of Mediterranean nature. Laurel blossom, rosemary, thyme and lavender fill the air, while cicadas orchestrate the symphony of your summer days around the private pool.

From your base in Les Arcs-sur-Argens, you can explore the treasures of the region: the Gorges du Verdon, Saint-Tropez and the hilltop villages of the Haut-Var. Wine lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Maison des Vins des Côtes de Provence to discover the famous local rosés.

The house is nice, but air conditioning wouldn't be a bad idea since the fans are just circulating hot air.
