Living room with satellite TV, for foreign channels. Air-conditioned bedrooms and living room. Private swimming pool with large terrace, large parasol, 8 deckchairs, a table for 8 people in addition to that of the front terrace. Sheets are provided from one week rental, and optional for short stays. Decreasing rate from the second week of rental (On request)

Quiet neighborhood of Les Arcs

We spent 8 nights in Les Arcs driving to various places around the area. We ate at several great places in downtown Les Arcs. Our house was far enough away from downtown and up some steep roads that we drove our car into the city center.for groceries and when we went out to eat. Philippe was present when we arrived at the house and showed us where everything was and how to operate all the appliances. The outdoor front and back patio were very comfortable but the yard was in need of some atttention. Also, to note, the pool is not heated. Our experience was overall pleasing and we would use this home again.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus, für uns die ideale Unterkunft- der Garten war für unsere Hunde ideal, gut eingezäunt. Das Haus selbst bietet alles was für einen entspannten Aufenthalt nötig ist, 3 verschiedene Aussensitzplätze und einen schönen Pool. Les Arcs ist in einem kleinen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell, zur Begrüßung gab es sogar einen Korb mit regionalen Leckereien, - vielen Dank dafür nochmal. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Très belle maison aux Arcs-sur-Argens

Belle maison conviviale située un peu à l’écart du centre des Arcs mais sans être isolée. Equipement bien fourni. Il manque toutefois le double vitrage.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir sind ja sind die Ersten, denen das auffällt. Der Garten ist perfekt eingezäunt und man kann die Vierbeiner entspannt laufen lassen! Sehr ruhige Umgebung in einem netten Dörfchen. Der Vermieter antwortet sofort. Leider kann man keine Handtücher mieten.

La maison n'est effectivement pas récente, et je ne pense pas que vous soyez les premiers à le remarquer, mais est-ce pour autant un maivais critère si celle-ci est bien entretenue et confortavle. c'est une maison provençale que je m'efforce d'entretenir et d'améliorer chaque année pour le confort des hôtes. Pour les serviettes, je suis désolé mais par contre les draps sont fournis gratuitement. Vous êtes les bienvenus pour un prochain séjour.

Fijne en rustige vakantie in een gezellige woning

Super eigenaar, heel vriendelijk en beschikbaar voor vragen, raad en daad en hulp enzovoort. Toffe omgeving rustig en ideaal om te genieten van het zwembad en de tuin. Veel mooie dorpjes om te bezoeken in de regio. Het huis zelf is niet het nieuwste maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De keuken is vernieuwd en volledig uitgerust met vaatwasser, oven, keukenrobot, waterkoker,... De eigenaar bood ook al wat producten aan zodat je niet meteen moet huppelen naar de winkel. Alsook een prachtige welkomstmand bij aankomst!! De badkamers zijn iets ouder en kunnen mss eens een vernieuwing gebruiken alsook hier en daar een meubelke. Buiten is het volledig uitgerust met nieuwe ligstoelen en zitstoeltjes en een barbecue dus ideaal voor een zorgeloze vakantie! Wat ook goed is, is dat het zwembad een alarm heeft voor kinderen zodat er dus geen ongelukken kunnen gebeuren. Het was een goed verblijf van 14 dagen in deze vakantiewoning!
