Ample restaurants, shops and bars (including a spectacular bookstore) are in nearby Bar Harbor for a day out. The best part about this house is watching the sun set each night over the sound, and enjoying the wildlife in the peace and quiet.

Terrace level has spacious great room, bedroom, laundry room and full bath. Size and privacy of rooms makes house perfect for family reunions or multi-family visits.

Indigenous plantings, rock walls, and open field provide ample open and sunny spaces in the backyard. You can wander down a short path and admire the unique stonework whilst picking wild blueberries.
