This comfortable home offers a large, fully equipped kitchen for anyone that loves to cook, a spacious dining area and a large living room. You will be within 10-15 minutes from all 3 main towns located on Mount Desert Island; Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and Northeast Harbor. About the host
Hosted by Annette and Jim Dow
We are local residents of Mount Desert Island, going back several generations. I have worked for the local school district for over 25 years and my husband Jim being a full-time year round lobsterman on his boat the F/V Blythe Megan named for our 2 daughters.
Why they chose this property
Our home is located on several acres that goes back 3 generations in my family, the Norwoods, in the village of Town Hill. There are several homes in our neighborhood with the majority still own by my family members.
What makes this property unique
Our home is located on Route 102 off the main highway in a wooded lot. We have a wrap around front porch and deck with lots of seating to enjoy the quiet of the evenings or coffee in the morning.
