Tengo que decir que la localización es perfecta si vas a laSagrada Familia, pero no hay aire acondicionado, solo portátil que no ayuda para nada. El edificio estaba en construcción. Ay que subir escaleras. No hay tal balcón para sentarse.

Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to clarify the details. An elevator was being installed in the building according to Spanish regulations. The work lasted only a few hours a day. The balcony is missing from the apartment, which is very strange. There is air conditioning, but thanks for the feedback.
