Next to Magic Fountain, another aparment 612814

Very nice and quiet apartment, (the bathroom has been renovated in January 2020), a located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and Espanya Square. Five minutes Montjuic Fair. Five minutes from the metro, and bus. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.

You can go giving a walk to the ramblas about 20 minutes and to the town center.

The building has two elevators.

The flat is very bright and quiet.

The flat has nearly everything new, it has 3 bedrooms, one queen size bed, one with bunk bed and the other one with a single bed, it has as well a sofa-bed for two people, It has a kitchen, one renovated bathroom with a big and nice shower and washing machine. There is TV, internet, cable channels, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and telephone for local calls.
We have some toys for little children, if you need we have a cot and a high seat for children.

It has been decorated with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at home.
We want you to have an unforgettable holidays.

It was an amazing stay with some perfect recommendations from the hosts. We wouldn't have found the world's best aubergine parmigiana or the fairy themed bar without their recommendations.

Miguel and Rosa were great hosts, from picking us up at the airport and supplying the apartment with snacks and drinks to driving us to the cruise port. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and the metro, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment is off the street, so there is no road traffic, but because it faces into a courtyard, you do hear neighbors and dogs, although the sleeping hours are quiet.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was in excellent conditions and fully equipped with everything needed during our stay. Even a basket of fresh fruits, milk, juice, coffee and bread were left for us. Rosa and Miguel are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. The communication was great from the start. Rosa and Miguel were so kind to pick us up at the train station and took us to the apartment. We were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely use their property in any future visits to Barcelona.

The property owners are very helpful and have thoughtfully stocked the property with basic necessities. The location is a 7 minute walk from Poble Sec metro station. The building is very clean, secure and safe. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Wonderful stay, caring and informative hosts

Rosa and Miguel, are wonderful, caring hosts with lots of great information about the surrounding areas that they are very willing to share. We went to a number of restaurants they recommended and they were all very good. The accommodation was perfect for us including good air conditioning, cleanliness, bed comfort and location. On our check out day, Miguel even surprised us with a ride to the airport which was not expected but greatly appreciated.

Rosa & Miguel met us on arrival and gave so many wonderful tips for dining, transport and sights. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything w needed. Incredible and Hospitable Stay!

Rosa and Miguel were absolutely amazing and wonderful hosts! They took the time out of their day to pick us up from the airport and highlight a few sights and recommendations for the area. Rosa was incredibly communicative via WhatsApp and made sure our entire stay was incredible. The unit was clean and everything worked great. They made our first visit to Barcelona an amazing experience!

Our stay at Rosa and Miguel’s flat was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. We loved the neighbourhood and being close to stores and shops, even though we don’t speak Spanish, we were able to enjoy. You can’t go wrong staying in this VRBO, Rosa and Miguel are lovely people and extremely helpful. Miguel even took us to the Port of Barcelona so that we wouldn’t have to call a taxi….

Wonderful stay!

Great location-short walk to metro and bus stops, short walk to National Art Museum, near Montjuic; great neighborhood; clean and well appointed appointment-perfect for our family of 4 (that included our adult daughter and my mother). And Rosa and Miguel were wonderful hosts-they welcomed us with a tour of the apartment and detailed recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing seeing, etc.; checked on us mid-stay and even offered to drive us to the bus station when we left. And the kitchen was stocked with juice, milk, coffee, tea, pastries and a bottle of wine. Thank you for a great stay, Rosa and Miguel!

It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars with their terrace outside, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.
The building has two elevators, so coming back home after a long day visiting the city will be a soft pleasure.

It is in a very peaceful street.

We are in the foot of the Montjuïc mountain,and only 3 minutes from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc in the area of 'Poble Sec' with all its lovely gardens, museums, a castle, the Spanish Village, and the Olympic Stadium. We have as well many bars and restaurants where you can it many diferents 'tapas'. You can go walking nearly everywhere. You're 10 minutes from Montjuic Mountain and 15 minutes walking from the sea.
