The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars, and the guest bathroom has a bath tub also equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a large 55' flat screen TV with Direct Tv service. The condo has hard wood floors throughout the unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
