Unit 108- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. The partial view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds which are firm mattresses without mattress pillow tops and a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. PLEASE NOTE: The living room has a sofa bed that is locked and is not available for guest usage. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condominium has tile flooring throughout the unit. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.

The Palm Bay club is a very well kept property and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Our unit was one of the cleanest we’ve been in! Furniture was in great condition other than the beds were a bit hard. View of the beach is nice! The pictures of the unit really don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful stay and we definitely hope to revisit this unit in the future!

The property is first class. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The location could not be better. The only complaint I have is the unit we were in had very very uncomfortable beds. Also one of the 2 pools were across the street. Other than that this place is amazing.

Amazing condo with sweeping views of the Gulf. You are not oceanfront, but the view feels oceanfront because the windows are wall-to-wall in back of unit. The place was very clean, the bed was firm, but comfortable, and the pillows were great. Great shower with medium water pressure. Lovely Vacation

This condo was the perfect stay for my mom and I’s quick trip to Siesta Key. Location was great, especially with the trolley stop just a few feet away. The beach was gorgeous and we loved not having to bring our own towels and chairs. The space could feel tight if it were 4 adults, but just right for 2 adults or a family with kids. Can’t wait to go back!
