Beautifully Remodeled and Updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom- Amazing View of the #1 Beach (Unit 38) | This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, while the bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV, both with HD TV service and a DVR. The bedroom has two queen size beds for sleeping. The bathroom has a remodeled walk-in shower. The currently remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. Patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

The property and customer service exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful experience. The location of the property is outstanding, the unit was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, there was even extra beach chairs. The security on site was so helpful and the property seemed very well-maintained and safe. I booked this property last minute and was so pleased with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the Palm Bay Club

I would recommend The Palm Bay Club and this unit to anyone. Very clean, great location, good view. Being able to walk straight out onto the beach is the best way to stay in Siesta Key

Perfect!

Great location, easy check in and out, couldn’t get any better. We rent bikes for the week and ride the beach or into the village for food and beverage. The beach is fantastic, the pool was warm, no complaints.
