About this property

This one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condominium is located on the second floor, Gulf side of our property. Due to its central location on our property, it is literally a two minute walk to the beach and one minute to the nearest pool. This four person condominium has a minimalist beach style decore. The half bathroom is very convenient when you have guests, it is located at the entrance and has a sink and a second toilet. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook - pots, pans, utensils, toaster, Ninja Blender, Air Fryer, Keurig coffee machine and coffee maker. The dining room has a large marble table with four comfortable chairs. The living room has a large three-person sofa, a single sofa and a 46-inch flat-screen TV (with a sports subscription package for sports fans). There's also a comfortably furnished outdoor or indoor patio with a screened-in area so you can enjoy the tropical breeze with friends and family. The comfortably decorated bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 29 inch flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a convenient tub/shower combination.

Paradise at Palm Bay

We LOVED our time in Siesta Key/staying at the Palm Bay Club. This place is so smart to have a gulf side and a bay side. The view from the bay side pool is stunning and so relaxing! But we spend most of our time at the massive beach! Best beach ever! You might want to get a golf cart or car if you're hauling a lot of stuff to and from the beach. Especially if your unit is on the bay side. This one is on the gulf side though but still a lengthy walk! Our only complaint was the beds and pillows. Not comfy at all! The towels are kinda like sand paper too but we didn't mind that as much. Overall highly recommend Palm Bay Club! Wish we could've stayed longer!

Perfect Beach Stay

The Palm Bay Club is a very nice, quiet, and well maintained condo resort, and it is only a few minutes walk to their beach access on a private road. The condo was immaculate and very bright. The screened patio did not offer much of a view, but we were spared of flying insects. The AC worked amazing. There were some very hot days on our stay and it kept up like a champ. The sand is exactly as others have described, it never gets hot, and is easy to walk and play in. The water was very clear with the exception of some seaweed that stayed near the shoreline following a heavy rain. There are even beach chairs and loungers available that their staff will bring out to you. They are first-come first-serve, but we were always able to get some regardless of when we went out. Siesta Key Village and Crescent Beach both offer many local shops and restaurants to sample, and all of them are easily accessible with the SCAT trolley service (free to ride but it’s nice to tip). You can also rent bikes from several local shops to get around the key at very reasonable prices. The key is not commercialized at all which is a nice change of pace from where we typically stay. The only issue we experienced was we briefly got stuck in the elevator, but it resolved itself, and we notified maintenance of the issue, so I am sure it was addressed. We will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Perfect little stay

Condo had everything we needed to stay w 2 teen boys for a few days before we moved into our week rental. Boys stayed busy with pickleball and beach. Grounds were very clean and well kept

Great complex. Adequate unit.

The Palm Bay Club had everything we needed! Great pool. Nice fitness room. Great pickleball courts. Nice bay and Gulf areas. Awesome beach with chairs. The unit was adequate. A little tired. Could use updating.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is tastefully appointed. The kitchen is well stocked, except for non-serrated knives. The mattress is new but quite hard. A pillowtop mattress cover would help along with deep pocket fitted sheets. The screen door needs cleaning and fixing. The location is wonderful - close to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts, not far from the beach, parking and laundry. Security is awesome as is the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and Palm Bay Club!

Fantastic!

Everything on the property and in the condo was just as I expected. I read the vrbo listing several times and read several reviews so I knew exactly what to expect. The condo was clean. The entire property was clean. We stayed in unit #127. The closeness to the ocean was great. We were close to the main pool/gym/tennis courts. The 2nd pool with hot tub was only a short distance. The laundry card machine was easy to use. The trash chute is right next to the condo door, but we weren't bothered by it. The only thing I can say negative about the whole property was the condo screen door slams shut after getting caught on the rug. It didn't bother us at all, but I'm not sure how the neighbors felt as we were coming and going a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Solid stay in Siesta Key

The only knock would be just the overall size of the Palm Bay property can lead to so many guests at the beach and pool on certain days, compared to some of the smaller properties we’ve stayed at along Siesta Key. But that is what it is, making it feel more like a mainstream hotel/resort than a quiet vacation rental property.

Exactly as expected!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo #127! The decor was beachy minimalist. Everything was well maintained. We appreciated the extra chairs and beach umbrella as we couldn't take those items on the plane with us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and more. My only suggestion is to replace the utensils. They're getting kind of worn and the plastic handles carry bacteria. Also, a full-length mirror would've been helpful to see my full outfit. But again these suggestions are not a deterrent. The condo itself is in tip-top shape. The view isn't great with overlooking a house that looks abandoned but the owners made the patio look so cheerful and there are trees that birds land in right outside that definitely helped. The location is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and a minute to the closest pool. We loved the pool on the bay side over looking the water. You have to cross the main street for that but there's a crosswalk and it's worth it. Staff on the property were friendly and helpful. Having the lounge chairs on the beach too was really convenient. You do have to drive for the most part to get to any restaurants and shopping areas but it's just one road. If you go in either direction there are shopping areas within less than 2-5 minutes. The property would be well served with a vending machine on site. On our last evening, we ran out of bottled water and we didn't want to go drive for more so a vending machine would've came in handy. Just some minor suggestions but I will be staying here again when we are in the area! It was a lovely condo and complex!
