Unit 129-2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Corner Condominium

This renovated second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 43" flat screen TV . The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops and the showers are equipped with grab bars for convenience. The spacious living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

No views at all. Minimal amenities like paper towels, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, salt&peppers basics in condo ipp check in for a few days. Lovely beach, attentive beach attendants for free chairs. Oven was a challenge..instructions? Not working correctly?

All staff on property were friendly and helpful. View from property wasn’t great. A lot of loud construction that started at 8am. Sounded like a jackhammer was being used in the unit above us, and workers were using guest parking with large vehicles which made getting in and out precarious. Despite these inconveniences which mostly were a result of Helene, The condo is nice and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves, had a great trip and would visit again. The beach is fantastic. I cannot state this enough.

Much bigger than the pictures, plenty of space for 5 people! Very clean, great location. Short walk to the beach which was spectacular! Short drive to the village and other beaches to explore. We had a great time!

It was roomy, extrodinarily clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom towels, access to laundry, great location, wonderful staff and beautiful beaches. This property does back up to a neighbor with a pool so it could be a tad noisy with kids periodically but nothing too bad.

Great location

We loved staying here. Checkin was great as we arrived early and allowed us to check in early as well. Front desk and staff very friendly. Location was great. Wish view from balcony was a bit better but it’s still nice to have morning coffee there. Walk to beach was 5-6 minutes but on property. Parking was available close to our condo. Just wish there were beach towels available. I think we may have used the bath towels for the beach 🙃 and also just a recommendation of at least one sharp knife, and maybe a few cups with tops for the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
