This spacious third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, end unit is newly renovated with granite counter tops and entertainment center. The two large living room area feature west facing windows along with the sliding glass doors providing additional natural lighting and views. This unit is located on the Bayside of our property and requires a five night minimum stay. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property, which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have 32" flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. The master and guest bathroom both have beautiful granite counter tops and has a tub/shower combinations. The spacious living room is equipped with a 58" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service. The spacious kitchen has beautiful, hand-picked granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The condo has tile throughout the common areas and a coastal pine wood floor for the bedrooms and living room area. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor balcony that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
