Unit 356
Our third-floor condo has been completely renovated and updated and is in the Bayside suites. You are steps away from the bayside pool with a hot tub, loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy the views of the intercoastal while you’re fishing off the pier or grilling on the charcoal grills.
It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side of our property which has another pool, tennis court, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and the fabulous white sandy beach.

Our open concept luxury kitchen features a quartz countertop, 42” wooden cabinets, new stainless-steel appliances and a tile backsplash with dimmable lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and entertain in style: coffee maker, Keurig, blender, juicer, toaster, full set of pots/pans, serving pieces, wine glasses and utensils.
The kitchen opens to the tiled dining area, with a table that seats six. Enjoy the private view of the palm trees from the leather sofas in the living area. Or watch TV on the 55” Sony smart TV with Direct TV service.
The unit is stocked with board games and beach toys the whole family can enjoy.
The newly decorated primary bedroom features new paint, linens and décor. It features a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, large dresser, full-length mirror, and a roomy closet. Enjoy the 48” Sony smart TV. The ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower, new paint and updated lighting complete the primary suite. This bedroom opens up to a lanai, with a nice view of the royal palms and lovely courtyard fountain.
The freshly painted guest room has new queen size and twin beds, both with new linens and pillow-top mattresses. This room sleeps 3 comfortably and features a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, dresser and 32” TV. The fully remodeled ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo, ample counter and storage space, updated lighting and hair dryer complete the guest space. All linens are provided, including beach towels

Clean with a great beach location

The condo was very clean and we really enjoyed the location with private beach access. There’s a trolley stop right next to the property for rides into the village. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable

Very Nice Unit

The unit inside was very nicely done and clean. I had envisioned a more private balcony from the description and the street was a little dangerous to cross to get to the beach. They have a great cross walk with flashing lights but people tend to speed up vs stop. Honestly it’s a great place with nice pools and an amazing beach, would come back again.

Awesome Vacation Place

We stayed 5 nights 12/27/14-01/01/15. Great clean, beautiful condo. We spent a lot of time exploring Siesta Key, went to Venice Beach and Mote aquarium. Went on awesome boat tour at the aquarium seen Dolphins and a lot of different birds. Was able to get to the beach for a sunset one night, it was gorgeous. We have a nine year old boy who loved the pool and the awesome beach. For the most part had beautiful weather. Will definitely be back.

We had a great week!

We actually own a condo in Palm Bay, but we had all our kids come down for Christmas. We have never stayed in this unit. We truly loved all the updates the owner has done and it feels so open and a beautiful Master shower. My family was extremely happy to have rented this unit and if we ever do the whole family thing again we would rent from them again:)
