Our location is very convenient to all parts of Tulsa due to the proximity to highways. Downtown Tulsa and all the entertainment options are easily available (BOK Arena, Woody Guthrie aMuseum, Cain's Ballroom, Performing Arts Center, and the Driller's baseball field - OneOK Field) Only 7 minutes away! The University of Tulsa, Hillcrest Medical, upscale-shopping and dining at Utica Square, Cherry Street shopping and dining, and St. John's Hospital are a within blocks. The Tulsa County Fairgrounds, also a mile away, hosts the national and international horse, car, and gun shows plus a weekly flea market. The Tulsa International Airport, Gilcrease Museum, and Philbrook Museum are less than 15 minutes away. The house is less than a mile from major crossroads in town and accessible via car, bus, or a quick Uber or Lyft ride. Drivers are usually within 4 minutes. If Uber or Lyft does not work for you, Enterprise Rent a Car is just a mile away on 11th St. We're 1/2 mile from Interstate 244 and from US 64/US 51.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is full of homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. Each cottage-style home is filled with charming architectural details. Homes in our neighborhood are sought after due to the proximity to downtown, the Expo center, St John’s hospital, access to highways, well-kept lawns, and low crime rates. It is a very "walkable" neighborhood and many neighbors can be seen out walking, running, walking their dogs, or visiting one another. There is a neighborhood association that keeps the resident informed and provides semi-annual parties in our local parks. Nearby Attractions include Reasor’s grocery store - 2 minutes, Columbia liquors store - 1 minute, Downtown 7 minutes, Park - 5 minutes, St John’s Hospital - 3 minutes, Hillcrest Medical Center - 3 minutes, Expo Center - 6 minutes. Getting Around:
The house is less than a mile from major crossroads in town and accessible via car, bus, or a quick Uber or Lyft ride. Drivers are usually within 4 minutes. If Uber or Lyft does not work for you, Enterprise Rent a Car is just a mile away on 11th St. We're 1/2 mile from Interstate 244 and from US 64/US 51.

Great House!

Seven of us came to Tulsa for a concert. The house was plenty big and well accommodated. The ittle extras (snacks & bottled water) left by the owners were really nice. The kitchen is well stocked, the house was very clean and really nice! Location was good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Big horse show group

We come to Tulsa for a horse show that lasts 10 days and this house was perfect for our large group. Enough space and bathrooms for 8 people. House was clean and well maintained.

Haven’t been to Tulsa in 25 years. The house was perfect to have my sisters and our children come together for a weekend. Everything was clean and easy to find. Beds very comfortable. Lawn care came early 7:30am day of check out and possibly could have waited until after or next day. But overall a wonderful place to stay

The owner is difficult to reach prior to occupancy. Very noisy against the road. Nickel and dime fees. And even after I expressed these thoughts no direct response from the owner. Overpriced for what you get. And don’t expect a quiet stay

5 sisters celebrating a 50th birthday

The house is comfortable, plenty of room. There were a few glitches….no batteries in any TV remotes (think they may have been stolen by previous guests) and an A/C window unit with the window surrounding it open to the elements. MJ took care of both of those items immediately when notified. The biggest problem was a ROKU that had a password that wasn’t listed, MJ didn’t have and we missed most of the first half of the Super Bowl before we used the upstairs TV and used our own account to watch it. If it weren’t the Super Bowl…we wouldn’t have minded…the Netflix, Amazon Prime worked fine. We had a great time celebrating our sister and enjoying each other at the house.

Very Nice Property

The property was clean and well maintained. The House is huge and could accomodate many more than the 3 of us who stayed. The furnature including the beds was very comfortable and in very good condition. Would recommend this property to anyone. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location is the house is on the corner where the residential street intersects a busy street. But the house is well made and the street noise turned out not to be an issue inside.

We were here for medical purposes and so the location was perfect as it was only 6 minutes from our destination. The house looks beautiful and very friendly for our little dog. Also it was very close to needs.

Great house near Expo Center!

Nice older home with updated areas. Super close to the expo center for events being held there. Plenty of space for all four of us! Great hot water in bathrooms, beautiful remodeled kitchen, nice size laundry room and TV’s in most bed rooms (we fall asleep to tv) super enjoyable! Also minutes from cherry street so we could enjoy our favorite restaurants and plenty of space for parking both our dually’s! Highly recommend!

Mix up

The house was double-booked and we had to stay in a different house far away from the area we originally rented a house in. We had three people who had to sleep on air mattresses, one in a closet. While I understand that mixups happen and I appreciate the owner’s help in getting us into another house, it was not what we had planned or expected for our trip.

We didn’t have any issues by The property owners had open lines of communication. The house was close to the TU campus, located in a quiet neighborhood and only one block from a great bakery. I would stay here again.

We were a group of 6 women, staying in town for a convention at the Cox Business Center. We loved the house! It is adorable, comfortable, beautifully decorated with lots of space to spread out. It is also conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown and down the street from lots of great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!
