Fairly new condo in the heart of all entertainment food sports grocery on the building uber taxi all deliveries very safe 24hr security concierge. Cannot enter the building or each floors without fob
As you walk outside the building you see CN tower Scotiabank centre aquarium all in walking distance. King St is a 2 min walk with alll restaurants and entertainments . There is a grocery store at bottom of the building.
Inside you will feel very comfortable and cozy, just like home . smart TV.
Towels sheets all kitchen necessities , insuite laundry
Outdoor pool heated saltwater on 9th floor , where you can view a big part of downtown .
. Very safe area people always out and about but not noisy . Uber at the front door all taxi and food delivery service right at your door
All theaters etc are just few minutes away.
Convention oven in wall. Room darkening curtains
In Unit thermostats so you can regulate your temperature
desk chair high speed internet for working from home if needed
