Why waste your time and patience waiting on an elevator when you can park directly on the same floor as the condo!! A keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys!!



Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



The unit is professional decorated, custom cabinetry, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with 50'' flat panel TVs in the master bedroom, 45" HDTVs in the other three bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Three bedrooms have King beds and there are two Queen beds in the fourth bedroom!!! There is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room should you need more space to sleep 12 total.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Phoenix west

Checking was super easy and the building is conveniently located. The unit was overall clean and nicely decorated. The carpet in the unit needs to be replaced. The pool area/lazy river was very crowded and the pool water was dirty. We have stayed at several properties in Orange Beach and this one was somewhat underwhelming due to the pool area and extremely long elevator lines at certain times of the day. The pool area backs up to the parking garage, which tends to diminish the relaxing feel that I was looking for. Would probably not choose this location again.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This place was incredible! It looks even bigger in real life. The living room was very spacious with panoramic ocean views. It was nice that everyone had a private bathroom in their room. We had a large group, my family of 4, parents, grandpa, and brother &sister in law. It was nice that all the couples were able to have king size rooms. The double bed room worked out perfect for us and our 2 boys (6 and 2 yrs). It was nice to have a walk in pantry for groceries and also the ice maker in the bar was a nice perk for drinks out on the balcony and down at the beach. This place felt like home for a week and we were all sad to leave! :)

Family vacation to Orange Beach

This condo met the needs of our family group of ten nicely. It was clean and ready to go on arrival. We had a issue with a toilet and one of the TV's, but management took care of the problems quickly. The parking on the 8th. floor was very convenient. The grilling area was very nice, with plenty of grills and tables. The kitchen was well supplied, the only thing I would suggest is more kitchen towels, and some pot holders. All the windows were great and we had wonderful views, but it did warm up inside in the afternoons. All in all it was a very nice unit, and we thoroughly our week there.

The beds were very comfortable, the living and kitchen area is huge. It accommodated our combined family of 11 perfectly. The only problem at all was the carpets weren’t vacuumed as good as they could have been. With a crawling baby we had to be careful. The location was perfect to May of Orange Beach’s wonderful restaurants and the view from the balcony as a corner unit was beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return of our schedules allow!

2022 Family Vacation

We rented three, four bedroom condos for our family, which comfortably held 29 of us. While I understand we are nearing the end of the summer with a lot of people in and out thus far, I was disappointed with a few things that should not have been an issue especially with the price you pay. There is a cigarette smoke smell, clogged showers, leaky faucets, one dish towel, dirty carpet, broken shelves, disorganized kitchen and very dirty vents and ceiling fans (dust falling on beds). Simple fixes, yet they add up. Luckily my husband is very handy. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

GURLZ WEEK 2019 !

This is the second consecutive year for we 10 women from Louisiana to rent this condo ! Beautiful accommodation for large family, too. Floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows in all 4 bedrooms as well as the dining room and wrapping around into the expansive living room. LARGE corner balcony facing the sunset. Spectacular ! Well-outfitted kitchen with everything you need and then some ! EASY parking right outside your hallway door on the 8th (and highest) parking level makes getting all your luggage and crap . . . errrr . . . VITAL necessities . . . as easy as possible. Higher floor levels require you to get in the elevator to transport your “vital necessities” upward. NOT SO with this corner condo ! Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful vacation spot !

Did Not Meet Expectations

When we first got to the condo there was a very distinct smell of cigarette smoke coming from the laundry room. The smell never went away. There was a large hole in the guest bedroom that was leaking from the floor above. Plumbers came in multiple times throughout our stay to work on the issue. The dishwasher works, but is tough to close and start. The toilet in one of the master bedrooms overflowed from the top during our stay and we had to shut off the water to that toilet until it could be fixed. The listing looks very nice online, but we were a bit disappointed with the overall quality and cleanliness.

My only complaint was when we arrived and opened the door I smelled smoke right away. Mainly the Foyer and Master area, I did get used to the smell but if you are sensitive to smoke this unit is not for you. I thought Phoenix was a non smoking building. I had just stayed here in 2306 and it did not smell like smoke, someone definitely was smoking in this unit. Very sad because you can't get rid of that smoke once it's in the carpet and drapes. Besides that if it wasn't for the smoke I would rent this unit again.

Amazing 50th anniversary celebration

My family and I celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at the condo December 26-30th and it was amazing! Exceptional views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and all four bedrooms. We had 11 people there and it was so spacious that it never felt like we were on top of each other. We had such a great time that we hope to go back again sometime soon. The only complaints were that 1- the coffee maker did not work, and 2 - the fire alarms for the entire building went off three times while we were there. There were no fires that we are aware of, but we had to evacuate to the lobby each time. The building was cleared fairly quickly and there was a rumor that someone may have pulled the alarm. I have never had that happen when I’ve rented a condo somewhere before. That, of course, isn’t something that can be controlled, but it was unusual. Overall, it was an incredible stay and would love to stay there in warmer weather so we could actually swim in the ocean and make use of the outdoor pool and lazy river. Beautiful place!!!
