This is a premium unit! This unit is equipped with a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay.



Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



The unit is professional decorated by Mint Decor of Orange Beach with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, fireplace, wet bar with ice maker, 65” SMART HDTV in living room and flat panel HDTVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master and bedrooms 3 and 4 have King sized beds while bedroom 2 has two queens!!! There is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room and four twin cots to sleep 16 total.



The owners have installed a new 80gal water heater with a booster to accommodate large groups of renters.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was clean and had a lot of amenities. The beach access was great. We had a blast in the pool, lazy river and water slide. It was in a great location. The patio furniture was comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there and can't wait for next year!

Family

Our family cruise was canceled at the last minute. We feel like we were lucky to find this wonderful property to accommodate nine and this property was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The balcony was excellent with comfortable furniture and views. We loved our stay and will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Our oldest son got married in gulf shores this weekend .. this was a perfect condo for us! We throughly enjoyed it and it was beautiful ! Just like the pictures ! Will hopefully book it again in September !

Wonderful off season stay

Easily accommodated eight adults, all senior citizens. The view was beautiful and even the Blue Angels made an appearance. The four elevators were well maintained and fast, no waiting go up and down. Has top notch amenities like pool, lazy River and hot tubs. Also was very easy walk to the beach. The only suggestion is a few throw blankets since it was cool on several days.

Beautiful, perfect condo

This was our first post quarantine vacation and this condo was the perfect getaway. The rental was exactly as pictured. The decorations and furniture were in excellent shape. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Cayce, the rental manager was very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway.

Unfortunately the condo bathrooms were filthy when we arrived. Hair on countertops and sinks, black mold and mildew in showers, and soap scum in shower. This leads me to believe the bathrooms (other than commode) are being cleaned between stays. Other than the cleanliness, condo was great.

Beautiful condo for our family Christmas vacation

We loved this beautifully decorated condo very much. It is well equipped with every kind of appliance and dish you would need for your stay. We liked that it was an end unit and had a wrap around balcony. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have hot water for our showers while we were there. It was hit and miss whether we would have hot water or not. Also, the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes very well. Overall, we would recommend this condo if the hot water situation could be fixed.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean and spacious, except the master bathtub. The kids wanted to use the jets on the bathtub and it was full of mold. House keeper should probably clean it after each guest. It could definitely use another water heater because having 11 people wanting to shower after coming in from the beach it couldn’t keep up. There is a tankless water heater but it still got cold. We loved sitting on the balcony. The furniture on the balcony was perfect. Lazy river was great. Kids loved the water slide and the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Sleepless nights

Only 2 issues but they were big! The bedrooms got very hot at night(3 people chose to sleep in the living room,others bought fans.The other issue was running out of hot water so you need to space shower taking.

Unit 809 Review

The unit is beautiful and spacious enough for a large family. There were a few issues including cleanliness. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning, pendant lights above bar were filthy. Another issue was hot water. I had to turn the water off during my shower and still ran out of hot water. None of us got a full hot shower. Two of the showers were not draining and took hours for the water to drain. A few improvements could make this a 5 Star.

Tops the list of 30+ years of Gulf Coast annual family vacations!

We were so impressed with our stay at this fantastic condo right on the beach that we will definitely be returning next year! And we have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for a really long time so we have lots to compare with. Everything about this condo was great from the size of the living room, kitchen, and patio to the beautiful furniture to the pool and beach areas. The kitchen had way more useful appliances and utensils than most condos provide including a crockpot, kuerig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and an electric can opener. The parking garage ends on the same floor as the room so unpacking cars was super convenient. We could choose our own keypad code so it was easy for everyone to remember including our kids. We had a variety of ages from 3 to 82. The lazy river and slide were so fun. This is where our teenagers found lots of friends to hang out with for the week. The master bedroom is located in the rear of the condo away from the patio which I was nervous about but my parents actually loved it because it was nice and quiet so they could sleep without being disturbed by the activity in the living room. With the amount of beds and cots, we had plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in our group of 16. We plan on returning in the future! Thank you for our lovely vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 8 loved the condo and the property. The condo was very spacious and in excellant condition (the photos do not lie). Phoenix West is an amazing facility with many great pools and other great amenities. The only downside is that the condo has 29 floors with about 9 condos per floor, which means the place is very very crowded. The beach umbrellas were three to four rows deep! Also one thing that I was not happy about and I have never seen anywhere else is about umbrella placement. In my 40 years of travelling to beaches across the south, I have never been to a place where personal umbrellas were allowed to set up in front of the paid ones placed by the beach services. Be warned that is allowed here!! I was shocked.In summary, if you like loads of people, then this condo is for you!

We spent hours on the lazy river, playing in the pool and speeding down the slide. The walkway down to the beach was effortless and didn’t feel like a chore. The parking garage conveniently went up to the 8th floor so we could park on our condos level. The condo was decorated with great style and the view from the balconies were breathtaking. Only one issue with our unit... some of the electrical outlets didn’t work.
