We live in Castle Rock, CO but consider Surprise, AZ our home away from home. We have owned propery in the Phoenix area since 2010 after visiting there many times and falling in love with the warm winter weather and the friendly residents.

Why they chose this property

We own several units at Park Place. We appreciate it' s wonderful amenities and it's closeness to recreational facilities including golf courses in nearby Sun City Grand. We like the friendly residents as well.
