About this property

Lovely First Floor Condo in Small, Gated Community

The unit is on the first floor of a quiet, gated community, with a patio facing the heated complex pool and hot tub. We've just installed a new A/C and heating unit, and put in a new refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. The unit comes with all standard appliances, a kitchen stocked with everything you'd need in the way of dishes and utensils, WiFi, flat screen TV and basic cable, attached garage, plenty of storage, keyless entry and remote gate opener. The location is ideal--across the street from the YMCA and blocks from an array of shopping and dining, and adjacent to a golf course. Easy access to I-10. The complex is small and crime free. We are required to do a criminal background check of renters and will do so at our expense.
The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath 1100 SF condo. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a seat in the newly renovated shower, and an extra sink and dressing area.
The minimum rental period is 30 days. No taxes.
Pets not allowed. Smoking anywhere in the unit or patio is strictly prohibited.
Owner lives 3 miles from complex.
Please note that renter will be responsible for the electric bill from May 1 through September 30.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was one of the best that we have stayed at. Yana is a super host and it was a pleasure Working with her. We would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed this place and the location. Lots of supplies for cooking! We liked the extra space in the master bathroom where there were extra sinks, counter space and storage. Yana was easy to get ahold of and always responded right away when we needed her.

Spacious and Clean

This condo was very spacious - nice size rooms, a walk-in closet, and lots of storage space. The large patio facing the pool was a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Check-in was a breeze. Yana was a gracious host who responded immediately to our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place in the Goodyear area.

Loved condo

What a wonderful, welcoming and quiet place to stay. The location was perfect- so close to everything I needed. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and was stocked with what I ( plus visiting family) would need. But what I really appreciated were the owner's responsiveness to our needs. Quiet Convenience

The condo is conveniently located in a small gated community in Goodyear near shopping, dining and east/west interstate. It is less than 40 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils and supplies as well as linens and shampoos/body wash, etc. Our host, Yana, was extremely pleasant and responsive to an issue that came up early in our stay. Should we travel to the Phoenix area again, we would not hesitate to book our stay with Yana.
