Two bedroom, two king size beds, two bathrooms, laundry room...Sleeps 6-8.

It is completely furnished and all utilities are paid. There are two king size beds and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers and laundry baskets provided.
There is a trundle bed with two twin mattresses in the laundry room for extra guests. There is also a queen size double air mattress for those grandchildren's visit. Full size washer (purchased in 2024) and dryer in a large laundry room. New kitchen table with six chairs purchased in 2023. Attached garage. New 50" Smart TV in living room. 46" TV in master bedroom, and smaller TV in guest bedroom. Pick oranges off your own tree in the back yard during the season. Gas and charcoal grills are available for cooking on your outdoor patio. There is a table with four chairs plus an additional four lounge chairs on the back patio. Cable TV and Internet included. This is a retirement community so one of the tenants must be at least 55 years of age. It is close to numerous golf courses, rec centers, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bocce ball, lawn bowling, racquetball, dog parks, pickleball courts, bowling alleys, hiking and biking trails and fitness centers. Well trained dogs are allowed with a $75 charge. Any type of shopping or restaurants are available within ten minutes. No smoking anywhere on the property. There is a $150 one time cleaning fee added on to each rental.

This wonderful home was in a great community in Sun City West. We had only one minor inconvenience (the nearly new dryer wouldn't heat and service could not be accomplished until after our week stay), otherwise our stay was great! Highly recommend this home and owner!

I take pride in keeping my tenants happy while they are staying in my house. I have stayed in many places while traveling and know how important it is to have a comfortable place to call home, weather it is a few days or a few months. I take all profit from renting and put it right back in improving the house. Since I have purchased this house in 2012, I have put on a new roof, new central air /furnace, new side by side fridge, new washer and dryer, new recliners, two new king size beds, two new toilets, new garage door and opener, new water heater, new microwave, new big screen TV and many smaller items. The 2022 improvements were all new landscaping stone, new blinds, new king size bed in guest bedroom and vinyl plank flooring and complete inside paint job. 2023 improvements were remodeled bathrooms with resurfaced sinks and showers, new kitchen table with six chairs, and a trundle bed added in the laundry room for extra guests. I want you to feel at home here.

Why they chose this property

This is a very quiet residential neighborhood, but with plenty to do within a few miles. Enjoy the fruit off the trees in the back yard during season. Just a short drive to Phoenix, the mountains, or the many tourist attractions. A couple hours away from Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.

What makes this property unique

My house is located only a few blocks from Beardsley rec center on a quiet street. It is less than a mile from a golf course and only 1.5 miles from the center of the city where you will find all that you need.
