The new apartment (March 2014) of about 30 m² and is located on the ground floor in a quiet environment (Nantes south) 200 m from the busway (Gare SNCF NANTES 20 minutes by busway). Close (900 m) from the edges of the Nantes sèvres for hikes into the heart of Nantes and beyond. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms wood structure with flat green roof. It has south of a large bay window and a skylight in the roof built to provide maximum natural light. The views are framed on two nearby trees. It is accessible to the disabled. The interior spaces are functional and quality (floor heating to enjoy a gentle heat and the floor is made of resin). The comfortable equipment is complete.

The location was relatively quiet and easy to get to the four line so that you could get downtown very quickly. Place was clean and perfect for me and my husband to rest from a full day of venturing out

Très satifait de notre séjour, appartement tres bien agencé, y'a du rangement, c'est propre on ne manquait de rien au niveau de la vaisselle et du linge de maison. Les propriétaires tres gentil, a l'écoute, toujours dispo quand on a besoin et tres rendant de services. Vraiment au delà de nos attentes. Nous le recommandons fortement. On y retournerait sans hesiter ! Et de plus très bien placé des starions de bus, quartier tranquille.

séjour adéquat pour de courtes périodes

très bel appartement très propre bien agencé et bien équipé seul petit bémol : environnement bruyant par les travaux sur une journée dans la rue et par l'entrepôt accolé à l'appartement réveil de bonne heure par l'entreprise qui vient charger son camion garé sous notre fenetre plusieurs fois chaque matin proximité des moyens de transports et des magasins Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont ultra disponibles

Séjour très agréable

Le logement est bien entretenu et le contact, facile et agréable avec la gérante. La ligne de bus 4 est proche et permet de se rendre au centre ville en 15 minutes. Je recommande ce gite.

Propriétaires charmants, le gîte est bien conçu avec goût et tout est comfortable et pratique. L’acces à la ville de Nantes est super facile par bus et les commerces disponibles à qiulques minutes en voiture.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le studio mis à notre disposition ainsi que l'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Excellent souvenir ! De plus, la situation géographique est idéale puisque l'on rejoint le centre de Nantes en busway en 15/20 minutes.

accueil et confort au top pour ce gîte 2 personnes

Séjour très agréable. Pas d'utilisation de voiture pour visiter la ville de Nantes, le bus est à 3 à 4 minutes de marche du logement avec une fréquence toutes les 5 minutes quelque soit l'heure. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés donnant de vrais conseils. Le confort est parfait.

Accueil extrêmement convivial, gîte tranquille au cadre impeccable afin de découvrir Nantes et ses nombreuses activités.Petit faible pour Trentemoult et son bistrot du Port sans oublier l'éléphant Royal. Nous recommandons fortement.
