- Ideally situated on the heights of the Butte Sainte-Anne, you can look out over the Loire and enjoy a lovely panoramic view of Nantes.
- It's one of Nantes' favourite neighbourhoods, with its Montmartre-style village atmosphere and peaceful atmosphere. All the shops you need are just a few steps away.

The apartment was the right size and location for my needs. It was comfortably furnished and clean. The host was actually an agency and the representative was helpful on arrival. However, not everything in the apartment was as it should have been; one of the blinds was not working (it was not till the middle of my stay that it was fixed) and the appliances were not plugged in.

Il faudrait pouvoir dĂ©sactiver la cellule de dĂ©tection de la lumiĂšre de l'entrĂ©e pour la nuit. L'espace extĂ©rieur n'est pas entretenu ni nettoyĂ©, donc inutilisable."

Commerces de proximitĂ© Ă  5 mn , tram Ă  10 mn pour aller dans le centre rapidement ; gratuitĂ© le week-end .Logement bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Des remarques cependant : odeur d’égouts trĂšs prĂ©sente tout le week-end, pas d’électricitĂ© le dimanche Ă  partir de 7 h probablement une coupure gĂ©nĂ©rale ,terrasse extĂ©rieure sans intĂ©rĂȘt, non amĂ©nagĂ©e avec du stationnement qui surplombe le logement .L’appartement est calme Ă  l’intĂ©rieur mais ce dimanche matin du monde Ă  discuter sur le bord de la fenĂȘtre de la chambre dĂšs 4 h jusqu’à 9 h. Un peu déçue du rapport qualitĂ© prix .

I’allogio e arredato correttamente. Peccato che si trovi al piano terreno e i passanti ti guardano in casa. In questo periodo di calura era difficile ù poco sicuro poter tenere le finestre spalancate. Inoltre abbiamo avuto problemii con i meccanismi di chiusura delle ante.
