Summary:

Amazing Gulf views from every room of this 3rd floor condo. Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Right on the beach with lounge chairs provided. We can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are 2 double beds in one room and 1 King in the other. Our condo is on the side corner of the building with a view into the Gulf. From late fall to early spring, you can enjoy lavish sunsets right from the lanai.



The Space:

As close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water!



Each bedroom has it's own flat-screen cable TV & ceiling fan.



The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.



Heated pool, covered parking. All the comforts of home.



Plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site



Computer is available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours. A printer is provided for airline boarding pass printing.

-Only one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

Absolutely GREAT location. Hosts attended to our every need with answering questions about food, things to do, etc within minutes of asking. This rental provides many of the amenities one may need. We could not have hand picked a better place to have stayed!

Our entire experience was wonderful here in Siesta Key. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and located super convenient to all the fun restaurants, bars and activities on the Key. We really loved the private beach access just steps from our door. The people at the front office were very helpful as well. This place is definitely on our list for a return trip next year!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

My husband an I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and cute and you can't beat the location. It is on the beach, walkable to bars, restaurants and shops . Communication with owners was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo on the Beach

The condo was in a great location on Crescent Beach. It had all the amenities you would need for you stay. The condo was very clean and the Owner did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. My family can not wait to visit again next summer.

Very impressive

Despite the recent hurricanes, the property and the island were in remarkable shape! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages we sent with questions. We will definitely choose this location for our next girl’s trip to Siesta Key!
