Our guests love the convenient walk to the shops & restaurants of charming downtown Apalachicola. Master bedroom has a king bed with water views and balcony access. The second bedroom has a full size bed and private bath. Only steps to boat slips that can be reserved through Water Street Hotel & Marina. Swimming pool & gym access included!

My husband and I brought a friend with us for his first time in Apalachicola. We loved the location of this condo. It was within walking distance to everything and yet far enough away from any noise. It’s beautifully located on the creek so it was so peaceful in the morning for coffee on the balcony where we watched the sun rise. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with what we needed. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Affordable condo in a great location and well equipped with everything we needed for a few days. Enjoyed the pool access. This unit could use some upgraded linens and a little TLC as well as good deep clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but if you are a bit more particular, it’s probably best for you to spend a little more for some upgrades elsewhere.

Traveled to Appalachicola for a friend’s wedding. The condo is located close to all the great activities in downtown. Check in process was a breeze. Condo is clean and well furnished. The view of the river was the best.
