This large open plan 2nd floor condo can sleep 4 comfortably in King Beds plus 2 more in a twin trundle bed and it's handily located right downtown Apalachicola. The Osprey has everything you might need for your weekend, week long or month long stay. The entire front window wall lets in the afternoon & sunset light. The large Master Suite features a soaking tub, step in shower, dual sinks and a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo for privacy with the 2nd bath just outside the door. Additional amenities: Flat Screen TV, Wireless Internet, Offstreet assigned parking, Private Elevator, Full Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, all linens provided. Large covered Veranda overlooking a city pocket park.

The property was well maintained and furnished. The location in the heart of town was amazing and walkable to shops and restaurants. We spent two days at the beach because it was a quick drive. We will be back next year!

We loved the location and the proximity to the boat marina. We came via boat and had no vehicle and that was no problem. We walked to the grocery store and restaurants no problem. Loved the clean space and the comfy beds.

Weekend Getaway

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoy the large porch for coffee and drinks. Would stay a 3rd time

It was amazing !!

Perfect location! The place is beautiful and well stocked with everything. It’s nice sitting out in the balcony overlooking the city… you cld walk everywhere but we got a golf cart to explore the town.Did I say perfect location?!?!The only place we will stay from now on 10/10

Great place in Apalachicola

This is a very nice unit and close to all the sights in Apalachicola. Can walk to dining, shopping and bars (all within a few blocks). The unit is super clean and was perfect for our family stay. Will come back for sure!

Perfect location and perfect place

Our family of four came for 2 nights. We highly recommend this place to anyone. We parked our car and could walk everywhere. The place was very clean and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Great balcony and perfect location

Perfect place to stay for two couples. The condo was roomy and the balcony was awesome. We loved the location and could walk to many bars, restaurants and shops. We've traveled to Apalach once a year for the past 6 years and this is probably our favorite place that we've stay.

Wonderful property!

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location! It was comfortable, roomy, and tastefully decorated. So much better than a cookie cutter hotel! Having a balcony and an elevator directly into the apartment were added pluses.! I would definitely stay here again.

Beach trip

Very beautiful and clean property. Beautifully decorated with pleasant seating area. Easy to use kitchen. Convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. Location is convenient to St George Island/East Point and Carrabelle. Lots to see and do.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our vacation in Apalachicola! The area is low-key and relaxing with great fishing, restaurants and shopping. The Osprey is conveniently located in the middle of it all. The Osprey is clean, spacious and very well maintained. Kathy, the property manager, was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Sisters October weekend

Went for the weekend with my family. The condo was very nice. The beds were the best! Was able to sleep very well. It was nicely decorated and the little private elevator was so cool! We enjoyed the oversized balcony. The only thing we needed was directions to operate TV. Lol We will definitely come back to this place! Can’t wait!

Perfect accommodations

We found the accommodations to be all that we expected and desired. The unit was clean and well appointed and featured a wonderful balcony that is enormous. We spent evenings out there! The unit is central to anything one may want to walk to in town. It is a long set of steps to the second floor but there is a private elevator. Owner just needs to replace the light bulb in the elevator. We would stay there again!
