Free parking. Pull straight up to your front door. Very convenient not having to use an elevator. Enjoy the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains in Downtown Gatlinburg! We are approximately 500ft from the main parkway. Park your car once and walk to all of downtown. *** Please Note: The elevator in the Quality Inn tower, which typically provides access from our parking lot to the main street level, is currently out of service. At this time, the only way to reach our building is via our driveway, which can be accessed by vehicle or on foot. Please be aware that the walk may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns.***

Perfect getaway in the Smokies

Absolute gem of a property! Location is 10 stars plus! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, ultra clean, modern, well maintained! Water pressure is absolutely clutch in this place is 100%, I would highly recommend this condominium in Gatlinburg over most! It's a must stay!!

Stopover in Gatlinburg on the way home.

We have visited the area for 10 years but never stayed ‘downtown’. Loved being walking distance to everything. This property was amazing. Very well done and high end renovations were abundantly obvious. Not just clean but everything looked new. Very, very pleased with our stay.

Great location! It is in the middle, walking distance, from everything good in Gatlingburg. We went to a wood cabin located on the outskirts of gatlingburg and it was astonishing, beautiful, but we considered the pros and cons and we will rather get this apartment in the middle of the action; than a gorgeous cabin that needs a car to get to the action. ***extra amenity- we had a morning visitor (huge black bear) right outside the sliding door. A little worrying at first but nothing happened and he kept minding his business.

Weekend competition

We were staying in Gatlinburg for my daughter's pageant and dance competition. We really enjoyed the condo: great location, clean rooms, and plenty of space. The place was exactly like the pictures, and the check-in process was super easy. It was very convenient for this place to be on the ground floor...no elevators or stairs needed. We would definitely stay here again.

LOCATION LOCATION

Best location in Gatlinburg. We always love staying here, even when the elevator went out and we had to walk up the hill. The only thing I would suggest would be a Lined Curtain in the bedroom to keep the cold wind out during the winter.

Wonderful Stay

This is the perfect location overall. Very close to downtown walking. Very convenient. Very easy parking. Everything inside is brand new and updated. You absolutely will not be disappointed staying here. Owner is very responsive to answer questions. Overall our stay was an absolute 10 out of 10.

Very nice condo. Good communications.

Nice condo very comfortable. Steep driveway a challenge to walk up and down. We have stayed at Summit Manor condos many times over the years. This is the first year the outside elevator (which takes you down to street level), wasn’t working. But, the owner let us know that going in. Hopefully it will be repaired soon. Over all very nice stay.

Excellent property. We love staying here for comfort, cleanliness, privacy, and location. However, the elevator to street level is out of order and created an extreme hazard for walking to and from the condo. Even without a stroller and young children, the hill is just too steep and narrow to navigate safely on foot. We found ourselves changing our plans to account for going up and down that hill. The street level elevator is not owned by the Summit Manor condo, so repair is out of their control; this is a shame because the property is otherwise perfect.
