My husband and I came for our 24th wedding anniversary. We loved the location because our wedding dinner was at Cherokee Grill. An easy walk from the condo. The condo itself was immaculate and so well stocked and decorated. We prefer leather furniture and this was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, We are going to book it again for next year. This is a 10 out of 10 for sure. Highly recommend anybody who enjoys a clean, comfortable, well situated stay.

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s everything you would want in a place to stay. Close to the Main Street in Gatlinburg but far enough off the street you don’t get the noise. Close to a ton of restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Only thing we drove to was the National Park and Dollywood. The place itself is well appointed and in fantastic condition. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms in great condition, stocked kitchen. Very well kept and super clean. The pool area was also in great shape and not super busy. We were here for July 4 and could see the firework show from the front balcony. Also an easy walk to the parade. The back balcony is fantastic with great views. This place is worth every penny. If you are on the fence pull the trigger now, you won’t be disappointed. Communication with Leitha is an amazing host. Easy to communicate with and always responds quickly. She texted us during our stay to ensure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. Awesome host. I really can’t say enough about this place or the host. One of the best VRBO experiences I have had.

We chose this location because we fell in love with the charm and beauty of Gatlinburg and wanted a place where our guest could experience everything the Smokey Mountain have to offer.

We love being close to the excitement of downtown Gatlinburg while still having a comfortable place to come back to and relax after a day of exploring. The area offers a wonderful combination of mountain scenery, local attractions, restaurants, shopping and outdoor adventures.

We chose the name Bearview Manor because it captures what we love about the Smokey Mountains - peaceful mountain setting, the cozy atmosphere and the chance to experience a little bit of that Famous Smokey Mountain bear country.
