If you have ever been to Gatlinburg, you know that traffic and parking are ALWAYS a problem! Don’t waste your day driving 1-2 mph thru the town, or waste your money on parking. This newly updated, clean, cozy 1200 ft² condo is located on the 4th floor in Building B at Summit Manor Condominiums. This unit is situated at the far end of the breezeway, away from the elevator for added privacy. Everyone can appreciate this small detail, especially the ones looking for tranquility, and also for the neighboring guests when the kids are just too excited to sleep! When you arrive, you’ll park your car in our free private parking area, just steps from the elevator, the pool and the hot tub. Being on the fourth floor provides amazing views of G’burg any time of the year! This is a statement from one of our previous guest which says it all: "This condo is so convenient to the downtown activities and convention center. Even though it is just a few feet from the strip, it felt like it was miles away. Being on the far end of the complex, made us feel like we were in the mountains. It was extra clean and had all the comforts of home. We were there for a conference at the convention center, but the stay made us feel like we were on vacation!!"

Sitting in your vehicle, searching frantically for somewhere to park, watching other visitors out-pace you as they walk leisurely thru downtown, (and wishing you’d taken this advice) is not how you envisioned your trip! Once you park and unload your vehicle, you can enjoy the rest of your stay in downtown G’burg without even starting your car’s engine! Stay with us and you simply will NOT need your vehicle your entire stay! When you’re ready to eat, shop, visit the many attractions, take a ride on the Tram to Ober Mountain, or maybe enjoy a ride on the Gatlinburg Trolley You simply cannot be in a better location to enjoy all that Gatlinburg has to offer!! Some of the most famous restaurants in town, like Cherokee Grill, The Peddler Steakhouse, The Taco Trail, Mountain Brewery, Howard's, Crockett's Breakfast Camp, Calhoun's, and others, are so close that you can literally smell the food!

If you’re visiting G’burg on business, The Gatlinburg Convention Center is literally just a stone's throw from the front door. If it’s vacation-only for your group, there’s no shortage of entertainment in this town...and most of it is just a short walk away! All the main attractions, such as snow skiing, putt-putt, Ober Mountain, the different Ripley's attractions, SkyLift Park & SkyBridge (Longest pedestrian cable bridge in NA), Anakeesta, Zip Lines and the Aquarium are all within walking distance. If you're like us and love being in the outdoors, there are plenty of trails to hike, and plenty of trout to catch (stocked weekly) from the local streams.

About the Condo:

Our cozy condo has everything you need to feel like home. The kitchen has everything you need, including beautiful cherry cabinets with granite countertops and modern appliances. You can grab a quick snack sitting at the kitchen bar, or sit down at the table to enjoy your best cooking (or take-out) - but sorry, the butler is not included! The Family Room is a great place to relax and enjoy the 55” flat screen, while toasting your toes in front of the stone fireplace. If you’d rather be outside with friends & family, either the 8’x16’ balcony that connects to the Family Room, or the 8'x10' private balcony - accessed only from the MBR - are excellent places to watch the sun slide behind the mountains.

When it’s time to re-charge your batteries, this condo has two bedrooms, two full baths and will comfortably sleep six guests. The MBR has a king bed, a jacuzzi tub, 55” flat screen TV, a ceramic tile shower, a double vanity (so the guys can bring all of their hair products too), and its own private balcony area. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds with a 32” flat screen TV that is great for the kids or the in-laws. If work is calling, high-speed WiFi and a desk is provided so you may mix a little work with a lot of fun. The condo also has a dishwasher and a washer & dryer to wash the food and fudge off HIS shirt!
