Ideally placed house, with beautiful garden along the river, and opposite the Chateau Caillebotte where the exhibition on Impressionism takes place. Exceptional setting in the middle of a park, in the city center. Planned for 06 people, with all amenities; large living room of 50 meters, kitchen, bedroom. Ideal for vacationers or to work in a unique and quiet setting. RER station nearby and Paris 20 mins; 30 min from Fontainebleau or Barbizon, 40 min from Eurodisney, nearby equestrian center and Orly Airport nearby. In summary, the life of a Château near Paris, in an exceptional site and facing Caillebotte. Important, evenings prohibited due to noise, the number of people not provided for in the contract and the police who are close to the house.

stunning location, charming small house

charming house in excellent location near Paris. We enjoyed the property, coy house, Caillebotte museum & the closeness to Paris very much. it is not too big, 4 peope is ideal.

Perfekt!

Großartig! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist in einer hervoragenden Lage, um Paris mit der Bahn zu besuchen. Auch Yerres ist sehenswert. Supermarkt fußläufig. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und sauber und unser Gastgeber super nett und zuvorkommend. 1 mit Sternchen.

Beautiful and historic!

This is a unique home in a charming village. The three levels are connected by a narrow winding staircase. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Note- no clothes washer or dryer. We enjoyed our stay and our host, Garcia was very helpful.

Außergewöhnlicher Urlaub im historischen Torhaus

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in einem historischen Torhaus in Yerres verbracht. Dies ist idyllisch gelegen am Fluss Yerres mit einem großen Garten, Bootsanleger und Sitz am Wasser und umgeben von Parkanlagen. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Der Bahnhof mit der direkten Zugverbinung nach Paris (20 min) ist sehr gut erreichbar. Dasselbe gilt für die Restaurants vor Ort sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in Englisch, er spricht neben französisch auch spanisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wer Paris im Sommer besuchen möchte und die Nacht nicht in einer stickigen Großstadt verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Tolles ,charmantes Haus im Grünen, 30 min bis Paris

Mal was ganz anderes. Charles ist ein toller Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar. Super Haus mit Garten direkt am Fluss. Super Kombination aus Wohnen im Grünen und Stadtnähe. Yerres ist ein sehr charmanter Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants in guter Qualität fußläufig zu erreichen. 10min zum Bahnhof und von dort 20 min bis Paris Innenstadt.

Außergewöhnliches Familiendomizil

Angefangen mit dem sehr freundlichen, engagierten und unkomplizierten Erstkontakt, über den herzlichen Empfang vor Ort, die exzellente Einführung ins Objekt und die nähere Umgebung haben wir die liebevoll eingerichtete Location sehr genossen. Außergewöhnliche Location

Es handelt sich um ein altes, sehr charmantes Häuschen in der Nähe eines Parks, was sehr außergewöhnlich und einmalig ist. Das Haus ist schon älter aber ist gut ausgestattet und hatte viel Platz für eine Familie. Schön ist der Garten der zum Chillen einlädt (auch wenn es eine Straße in der Nähe gibt, die zu hören ist), und wir haben genossen nach einem Paris Besuch dann am Abend im Grünen zu entspannen. Der Gastgeber Charles ist sehr freundlich und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben und war immer gut erreichbar.

Wie ein kleines Schloss...

Tolle Lage (knapp 35 min bis Paris Zentrum), schöne Location mit einem Hauch von Schlösschen, schöner Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Yerres und alles nötige in direkter Umgebung (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Gemüsehändler, ein paar Restaurants, etc.). Alles nötige ist im Haus vorhanden.

Kaillebotte zum Anfassen!

Die gediegene Unterkunft entspricht der ebenso herzlichen Begrüßung. Alles passt hier harmonisch zusammen und hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Man merkt dass die Eigentümer nicht nur viel Liebe zum Detail haben, sondern auch künstlerisch sehr bewandert sind. So gibt es viele Einzelheiten zu entdecken und das alles umrahmt von dem angrenzenden Fluss und eingebettet in das sehr gepflegte Örtchen Yerres. Übrigens kein Zufall, dass man gegenüber die Ausstellung zum Impressionisten Kaillebotte besuchen kann.

Es ist der ideale Ausgangsort für Besuche in Paris

Das Haus hat Charme, für 4 Personen in Ordnung, es gibt keine normale Dusche sondern eine Sitzbadewanne, geht, ist aber ungewohnt. Sehr ruhig und toller Garten. Ausgesprochen netter Vermieter

Échappée impressioniste

Face au joli parc Caillebotte, situation en centre-ville, directement en bord de rivière. Accueil agréable et disponible. Idéal pour visite des environs et famille souhaitant découvrir Paris, en séjournant extramuros, dans un endroit original baigné par l'univers du peintre Caillebotte, et pourquoi pas faire un/des tours en barque :-)

Propriété originale, très agréable et très bien située

La maison est très originale et très agréable avec son charme, sa grande pièce à vivre et son jardin bucolique sans vis à vis malgré une situation près du centre ville Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible Très bonne expérience, les 2 seules remarques concernent une des chambres qui doit être traversée pour accéder à la deuxième et la petite baignoire presque d époque qui demanderait à être remplacée

Un bulle de nature en plein centre ville

Ce séjour nous a fait un grand bien! Le cadre est parfait. Tout est à faire à pied, laissez votre voiture! Le propriétaire est très attentionné. Tout est prévu pour notre confort jusqu’aux activités. Nous recommandons ce lieu d’exception!

A refaire en été

C’est un petit îlot de verdure en plein centre ville, un cadre très sympathique, une maison très bien agencée et bien décorée. Nous le recommandons aux amateurs de promenade, d’art (pour la réouverture des musées) et souhaitant découvrir la région Parisienne.

Nice pleasant place close to Paris

As part of our month long travel to southwestern France, we were glad to spend few days here before flying out of Paris. Yerres is a nice and pleasant commune near Paris, with much to explore. The owner is exceptional friendly and hospitable. The check in process is smooth and the property is just described. We did find the accommodation a bit hot but this is in no way the fault of the owner. (As we happened to arrive in a week of record heat wave.). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a tranquil peaceful place not so far from the hustle bustle of Paris.
