Convenient location to visit the sights of Paris, by bus or metro, apartment next to the Seine, where you can walk to the Eiffel Tower, next to the Bois de Boulogne for lovers of nature walks and sports stadiums. 15 minutes walk from the lounges at the Porte de Versailles.
The apartment is equipped with very comfortable beds, with a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, large fridge, to prepare a minimum of food. Separate toilet and shower room. On the ground floor is easily accessible, could accommodate up to 6 people. Pizzeria, bakery and supermarkets next to the accommodation. You can move anywhere in Paris with the transport that is accessible to and from the apartment such as metro lines 9 and 10, bus lines 72 and 42 and the tram of Pont de Garigliano

Everything was wonderful. The listing is exactly as shown. I had a few questions before arrival, and the responses were quick and helpful. We were met at the rental for an early check-in and given a tour, which was a great touch.Everything we needed was provided—towels, shampoo, tea, and very comfortable beds. It’s an easy walk to the metro, making it simple to get wherever you need to go. The area has more of a local neighborhood feel, which we loved, and it’s a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas.

Nois avons été très bien reçu. L’appartement n’est pas très grand mais est fonctionnel. Le bus passe juste sous l’appartement, parfait. Bémol, la propreté de l’appartement n’était pas au top.

L’appartement était comme sur les photos : très pratique avec un lit superposé, 2 lits simples et un canapé lit double. Tout était propre, très pratique en Rez de chaussée et parfaitement sécurisé avec un pass digicode. L’appartement est parfaitement situé avec des bus juste devant, le RER C à 5 minutes à pieds, un grand trottoir, des boulangeries, supermarchés, un parc de jeux juste à côté. Très bonne expérience, très bonne communication, je recommande !
