We had such a great, relaxing stay! The house had everything we needed, with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of fresh towels and bedding, and amazing air conditioning—which was definitely appreciated after a day in the sun. Having 2½ bathrooms was also a huge plus. Oh…and there were beach chairs and coolers for us to borrow for our off property adventures. The pool was perfect for cooling off and hanging out, and there were plenty of fun floats to enjoy. We loved sitting outside watching the iguanas wander around and listening to the parrots chirping in the background—it really gave the place that laid-back tropical feel.The host was wonderful and even brought us water, fresh coconuts, and ice, which was such a thoughtful touch. We spent a good amount of time just staying at the house and enjoying the pool and property, and it ended up being one of our favorite days of the trip. The location was also great, with some beautiful beaches and really good restaurants nearby.Overall, a comfortable, easygoing place to stay with everything we needed for a tropical getaway. We’d happily stay here again

What a spectacular property! This was our third stay on St. Thomas and the location was absolutely perfect for those seeking nature & solitude yet easy access to area beaches & attractions. Hosts were attentive & communicative, property was very clean, kitchen had ample supplies for cooking the entire week & the pool is well-maintained. Can't say enough about the views, both day & night!

Incredible view with private pool. Beautiful sunsets with fans on the porch and individual room AC made the coming back inside very comfortable. Detached master bedroom with very comfortable king size bed made for a perfect stay.

Good communication. Property manager met us part way from the airport to ensure we could find the property. Property has beautiful view. Close to Magens Bay and Moes grocery. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Pool was nice! Listed as 3 bathrooms but technically 2.5. Listing says the Master has a king and two other beds but only has a king. I brought it to the property manager’s attention and let him know that posed a problem. He went to Cost u less and bought an air mattress and bedding. The morning after check in he messaged to ask how our first night went. He also asked to come make repairs but we asked that he wait. Turns out there was only one working burner, multiple buttons on the microwave didn’t work, master bathroom had couple missing towel racks and two burned out light bulbs. Hopefully that was what was planned to be repaired. Overall a great home for the price and conveniently located. I would stay again.

Excellent location overlooking Hull bay. Truly a private experience surrounded by trees except for the ocean view. Absolutely fantastic. Property was clean, had all the amenities, and was perfect for our anniversary getaway. If you were to come with kids, one awesome feature of the property is that the master suite is a separate building from the house. So it’s separate and it would even be great for two couples. It’s almost central to the island so you can get anywhere in st Thomas in about 15-20 min. We’ll definitely book this place again if it’s available!

Amazing house with unbelievable view !!! Our third vacation to St Thomas and this was the best house !!! Sitting out on the porch with morning coffee or a cocktail at sunset …just perfect !!! We also loved watching the iguanas sunning themselves in the trees . The location to Hull Bay was great too !!! Peter the host of the house was very helpful and easy to communicate with . We would definitely stay here again .

This is an ideal property for 2 couples or multi-generational vacation spot. The main bungalow has a open kitchen living room that opens to the covered deck, there is a half bath. The bedroom has its own full bath room. The 2nd bungalow is a suite with a large bathroom, king size bed, TV, and small refrigerator. The bungalows connect via a large deck. A few steps below this deck is the pool deck with lounge chairs. There is a door near the steps up to the parking area that has a washer and dryer and some pool toys. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Great stay!!

Chad has lived in St. Croix during most of his childhood, only leaving to attend military boarding school. He returned to continue to enjoy all that St. Croix and the Caribbean have to offer. He loves to boat, fish, snorkel, scuba and sail. Due to his upbringing on the island of St. Croix, with its diverse history and culture, his travels have been a representation of this fact. Traveling as far as the Philippines, Thailand most of Europe and South America, Chad has emerged himself in each and every areas food, people, music and culture. During his life adventures he found a partner that not only enjoys the very passion to travel but has opened the doors to new life adventures. With the expansion of his family to include their son, they continue to travel creating wonderful memories. Of course their first family trip was to St. Croix for Christmas carnival, which was nothing short of amazing. When not attending to guests needs Chad is a Full time Firefighter/Paramedic for Palm beach County Fire Rescue. For Chad, life has so much to offer, he works hard and plays even harder because he feels it's not only good to take care of the community but it's great to seize the moment. He hopes to hear from you so he may assist you with your vacation travels.
